Impossibile riuscire a parlare con qualcuno. La mia azienda è bloccata a causa del cambio conti e carte dovuti alla fusione UBI-INTESA e nessuno risponde al telefono, alle email ed alle PEC. Sono oltre una settimana che chiamo e lascio messaggi in segreteria senza che nessuno si degni di rispondere o di richiamare. Adirò le vie legali chiedendo i danni.
Impossible to be able to talk to anyone. My company is blocked due to the change of accounts and cards due to the UBI-INTESA merger and no one answers the phone, emails and certified e-mails. I have been calling and leaving messages on the answering machine for over a week without anyone deigning to answer or call back. I will take legal action by asking for damages.

Scansafatiche , offendono e hanno un comportamento arrogante. Avviserò l'ispettorato del lavoro e la guardia di finanza , per effettuare dei controlli.

10 € al mese per la tenuta del conto è caro sopratutto per un Customer Service inesistente. Alla ricerca di una banca....Non entrare in questa perché ti aspetta solo rogne. Sembra moderna e dinamica ma è lenta e complicata.
10 € per month for keeping the account is expensive especially for a non-existent Customer Service. Looking for a bank .... Do not go into this one because there is only trouble waiting for you. It looks modern and dynamic but is slow and complicated.

Poor service. Racist bank! They ignored me completely when they heard me talk in english. They were like you cant open an account if you dont talk in italian. In age of globalisation this is how they behave. Disappointed with the corvetto branch. My friend could open an account in another intesa branch in duomo, Maybe this corvetto branch is very poor in servicing. I would have given 0 star If i could.

worst branch, they literally don't do anything! the stuff is very rude, they simply are useless I only needed to change my phone number, I'm trying to change it for one month now...

The stuff is very rude, I understand that my problem is that I don’t speak Italian but still they did not show any attempt to help me with my problem, even I explained my problem with the help of translator. One of the staff members said “Yes, I do understand English, but I am busy right now”
