Ho fatto la tinta e mi hanno lasciata uscire dal centro tutta macchiata. Da premettere che ho fatto il castano, non si può mandare via una cliente in quel modo! Mettete più crema sulla pelle non siate tirchi. A distanza di 4 giorni ancora ci sono le macchie. Non so se ci ritornerò più. Iniziando dai sedili (ancora sporchi di capelli dei precedenti clienti), continuando con i teli macchiati (presumo da tinte per capelli), le forbici sporchissime, pettini e spazzole uno schifo, e che dire del coltellino per la depilazione delle sopracciglia sono usate e riusate sui clienti, si rischia pure di prendersi qualche malattia. TUTTO ANTIGENICO!! Sono entrata per un taglio, del quale non so neanche che forma ha, visto che la "parrucchiera" non mi ha asciugato bene i capelli, anzi continuava a phonarsi e sistemarsi lei i capelli. Mancanza di professionalità, non sanno tagliare i capelli, non sono accoglienti. Non ci andate, non perdete tempo, questo posto vale 0. If I could rate it 0 stars. Shampoo buono e filo al sopracciglio fatto bene. Welcoming, polite and nice staff, one feels almost at home. Cheap and fast cuts, as well as suitable for the type of hair. Il parrucchiere davvero molto maleducato , inadeguato ed incompetente ! Mentre mi tagliava i capelli ha passato tutto il tempo a parlare con il suo collega , distraendosi, infatti mi ha tagliato ben 4 volte con una lametta probabilmente usata! (non ho visto il cambio lametta che dovrebbero farci vedere per mostrare che è nuova , ha tirato fuori il rasoio già completo dal cassetto ) . Taglio e barba vergognosi, fatti giusto tanto per ( per non dire alla c...o) . Zero cura del cliente, andava troppo forte con la macchinetta, il rasoio ed il pettine lasciandomi macchie rosse ovunque. Gli ho fatto notare che la barba era troppo corta , lui si è alterato credendo di avere ragione. Gli ho chiesto di poter vedere il taglio da dietro , lui frustrato ha cominciato a dire qualcosa a bassa voce nella sua lingua . Esperienza e taglio terribili, sconsiglio caldamente, mi vergogno di esserci andato ed averlo pure pagato. Mai più. The style lost it's shape same day. I think the lady wasn't a qualified hairdresser. The man on the till is a little OTT with the ladies. The McDs of hair salons, suitable for the local clientele. They take walk ins. Don't speak English. Seem to be able to speak Arabic, Italian, and maybe even Ukrainian/Romanian.
