★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2 mesi di attesa per un cambio di cristalli liquidi, con annesso guasto causato dal vostro tecnico, mi chiamate (fiiiiinalmente) per ritirare il telefono e non siete capaci di fare una chiamata per informare il cliente che il negozio chiude, nonostante stamattina mi avevate assicurato di esserci!
Domani, forse, ritiro il telefono ma spero vivamente che sia l'ultima volta che vi vedo

Personalmente sono.entrato per sottoscrivere il mio nuovo Gestore Vodafone e accortisi subito della mia difficoltà (data l' età) mi è stata subito.procurata una comoda sedia. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendo mi venga consegnato un Galaxy Samsung S21. Spero di venire contattato come d' e le mie aspettarive.
Purtroppo mi era stato detto che la consegna del nuovo cell sarebbe avvenuta entro 10 gg massimo. I giorni sono diventati 30 e la consegna non è avvenuta.
Mi meraviglio come Vodafone, Tim, Fastveb, Aziende d' eccellenza possano permettere che il loro nome venga associato a questi "commercianti" con la c minuscola incapaci di rispettare un accordo preso adducendo scuse puerili che hanno tanto il sapore delle corbellerie.
Sto pensando di abbandonare il Contratto Vodafone con questo negozio (Gestore telefonico, cellulari e telefonia fissa)

Unfortunately I was told that the delivery of the new cell would take place within 10 days maximum. The days became 30 and the delivery did not happen.
