Vorrei avere il tempo di sedermi davanti alla loro porta e avvertire tutti i clienti di non aprire per nessun motivo un conto qui o in qualsiasi altra filiale. I disservizi si sprecano...piu di un mese di attesa per riceve l'iban, due mesi per il bancomat, tre mesi per ricevere la carta di credito che però è impossibile da attivare. Il conto buisness non puo accedere alla app, non ha una assistenza telefonica, non ha carta ricaricabile, non ha nulla! e costa anche 25 euro al mese..mi domando per cosa. QUESTA BANCA STA DANNEGGIANDO LA MIA ATTIVITA. The worst existing business bank. The inefficiencies are wasted ... more than a month of waiting for receiving the iban, two months for the ATM, three months to receive the credit card but it is impossible to activate. Più di così.......! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
