★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il servizio bancomat nulla da dire se non che uno su tre sportelli è fuori uso da qualche settimana e nessuno si degna di sistemarlo. Inoltre i due sportelli restanti sono davvero, davvero rallentati. Può andar bene se c'è poca gente altrimenti via!
 As for the ATM service, nothing to say except that one out of three branches has been out of order for a few weeks and no one deigns to fix it. Plus, the two remaining branches are really, really slowing down. It can be fine if there are few people otherwise away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale disorganizzata e priva di orientamento al cliente. Sono 2 settimane che cerco di parlare con qualcuno e non riesco: sembra che "il mio referente non sia ancora stato ufficializzato". E quindi? Nessuno mi supporta? Quando ero cliente UBI non avevo questo tipo di problemi.
Branch disorganized and lacking in customer orientation. I've been trying to talk to someone for 2 weeks and I can't: it seems that "my contact person hasn't been made official yet". So what? Nobody supports me? When I was a UBI customer I didn't have this type of problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in the world!! The clerk lady nearby the entrance was so rude, arrogant, unbelievable mean! She was like don’t ask me any question, I don’t want to help you....her fake smile was gross, I asked her twice appointment in different for opening a new account in different days, I’m 100% live in this neighborhood, but she didn’t care about me, and ignored me by various excuses! How dare she! She doesn’t speak English and she’s a racist for sure!
