E sì che siamo clienti abbastanza importanti. Questa filiale fa veramente schifo I had to get a reply within 48 hours from the manager. 11 days have passed! I have been calling continuously for half an hour and no one answers. And yes, we're pretty important customers. This branch really sucks

E inammissibile che si provi a contattarvi telefonicamente da 10 giorni, più volte al giorno e senza ottenere mai una risposta nemmeno per sbaglio. Continuate ad aumentare i costi per questo pessimo servizio clienti. Credo seriamente che cambierò banca. But do you have the phone there as an ornament? It is inadmissible for people to try to contact you by phone for 10 days, several times a day and without ever getting an answer even by mistake. You keep increasing your costs for this bad customer service. I seriously believe that I will change banks.

Le hanno già tutte perfettamente elencate gli altri utenti. Tengo solo ad aggiungere la mia unica ed obbligata stellina, che se fosse per me manco ci sarebbe! No comment! A lifelong customer and my whole family, I literally fled to another branch. The motivations? The other users have already listed them all perfectly. Complimenti! Leggo però che molti sono insoddisfatti del modo di lavorare della filiale. Bad customer reception, I ask for information for a subrogation and they reply that they do not have time for this type of request because they are not very profitable for them. Congratulations! M	Martina Corrao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete vergognosi, mi avete fatta andare tra una filiale e l’altra, detto che il mio problema sarebbe stato risolvibile soltanto attraverso il numero verde, per poi parlare con l’assistenza telefonica e scoprire che dopo tutte le “offese” (come che da me in Sicilia si prenda tutto alla buona) e accuse di insistenza che ho ricevuto da parte vostra, il mio problema si può risolvere soltanto in filiale! Che vergogna, dalle 9:30 alle 12:30 trattata con sufficienza. H	Hari Raghunathan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely arrogant folks work here. Many expletives can be used to describe them which I would rather not. Do not go here. There are many other Banks in Italy including N26 which is a completely online Bank with much better service
