M	Matteo Borroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io al contrario di altri devo dire che ho sempre ricevuto supporto e cortesia, di recente mi hanno aiutato nel gestire un rogito ed un mutuo a cavallo delle feste tra Natale e Capodanno in modo efficiente, purtroppo, come tutti gli uffici aperti al pubblico, le restrizioni dovute al COVID hanno certamente penalizzato il contatto diretto ed hanno in alcuni casi allungato tempi di attesa ma, per mia esperienza, anche altre Banche ed uffici di questo genere hanno subito lo stesso problema Unlike others, I must say that I have always received support and courtesy, they recently helped me manage a deed and a mortgage between Christmas and New Year efficiently, unfortunately, like all offices open to the public, the restrictions due to COVID have certainly penalized direct contact and in some cases have lengthened waiting times but, in my experience, other banks and offices of this kind have also suffered the same problem

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima assistenza e siamo stati seguiti durante tutto l'iter da un funzionario Unicredit disponibile, professionale e molto cortese. Consigliamo vivamente questa filiale per operazioni di mutuo ma anche per le più comuni operazioni. Flavia My partner and I (Unicredit account holders for several years) relied on our branch in Corso Lodi to request a mortgage through the Consap guarantee fund. Our experience was very positive, we received excellent assistance and we were followed throughout the process by a Unicredit official who was helpful, professional and very courteous. Spero di riuscirmi a spostare presto di banca. Vergogna 3 days that I call for an emergency, since I am unable to go to the branch for health reasons, I also sent an email, and as always, total silence, but why do we have to give you the money to manage our current accounts if you don't know not even manage customers? I hope to be able to move out of the bank soon. Shame

I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their foreigner customers especially Mr. Paolo Incaprera . He so professional, kind, and local. The important thing is that he speaks English and explains each every in detail. He's really an asset of this branch.
