Cinzia and all the staff have shown professionalism and humanity during all phases of the sale, even in the most critical ones. Cinzia proved to be very helpful and kind: she allowed us to visit the property several times, responded promptly to every request and showed empathic skills and flexibility during the period following the purchase proposal, in the most critical period of the request for mutual. Furthermore, the ability to mediate with the seller was really appreciable. I believe that the human aspect and communication skills are the strong point of this team. Absolutely positive experience.

Io Casa Immobiliare si è dimostrata fin da subito molto disponibile e competente. Ci ha seguito in tutti i passaggi della vendita dell'immobile, dalla predisposizione dei primi documenti alla voltura delle utenze dopo il rogito. Tutto lo staff di Io Casa Immobiliare è sempre stato disponibile ad ascoltare ed a risolvere eventuali criticità che potevano verificarsi, dal cambio dell'orario dell'appuntamento al documento da produrre al volo (frutto della burocrazia italiana). L'immobile è stato venduto in tempo record ottenendo l'importo richiesto, siamo stati seguiti e consigliati il tutto in maniera discreta e non invasiva. In più Io Casa Immobiliare, come accennato sopra, si è offerta di volturare le utenze luce e gas e pure di fare la dichiarazione tari in mia vece. Tutte incombenze che non sono a carico di un'agenzia immobiliare, ma che la stessa mi ha fatto senza chiedere un euro in più del pattuito. Non voglio essere prolisso e dilungarmi oltre modo, ma voglio solo rimarcare la professionalità, la competenza, l'educazione e la disponibilità di tutto il team di Io Casa Immobiliare. Sicuramente per esigenze future mi avvarrò ancora della loro intermediazione ed è il consiglio che mi sento di dare a chi deve vendere o acquistare un immobile. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff. He followed us in all the steps of the sale of the property, from the preparation of the first documents to the transfer of utilities after the deed. All the staff of Io Casa Immobiliare has always been available to listen and to resolve any critical issues that could occur, from the change of the appointment time to the document to be produced on the fly (the result of the Italian bureaucracy). The property was sold in record time, obtaining the requested amount, we were followed and advised everything in a discreet and non-invasive way. In addition, I Casa Immobiliare, as mentioned above, offered to transfer the electricity and gas utilities and also to make the tari declaration on my behalf. All tasks that are not the responsibility of a real estate agency, but that the same did me without asking for an extra euro than the agreed one. I don't want to be verbose and go too far, but I just want to underline the professionalism, competence, education and availability of the whole Io Casa Immobiliare team.
