La prima volta per cause "eccezionali", la seconda per mancata comunicazione tra agenzia e proprietario. Trovo inconcepibile che non sappiamo fornire uno dei servizi fondamentali di un'agenzia immobiliare, ovvero delle semplici visite concordate con gli attuali proprietari di casa. Cercherò di evitarli se possibile. Two appointments (one in December 2020, the other always for the same property in January 2021). Once under the property the owner was not present. The first time for "exceptional" causes, the second for lack of communication between the agency and the owner. I find it inconceivable that we do not know how to provide one of the fundamental services of a real estate agency, that is, simple visits agreed with the current homeowners. I will try to avoid them if possible.

È un po' come se i salumieri nei periodi di magra decidessero che è una cosa ragionevole chiamare a casa le persone una dopo l'altra chiedendo "buongiorno, volevo sapere se per caso aveva bisogno di salsicce". Qui da noi oramai quando suona il telefono fisso è sempre una chiamata spam da parte di un'agenzia e questa cosa deve finire.
