Un meraviglioso Lampadario di Cangini e Tucci e una plafoniera Braga consigliati dalla Sig.ra Antonietta: una persona davvero professionale, competente, molto gentile e accogliente, dandomi parecchi consigli e spunti per valorizzare la mia casa! S	Stefania Ragazzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché meno non è possibile. Titolare incompetente, sempre sbrigativo non ha voglia di seguire il cliente e indirizzarlo alla scelta giusta. Per di più non è in grado nemmeno di ordinare la merce giusta una volta effettuata la scelta. Ci siamo ritrovati con un tubo led con un alimentatore non dimmerabile già montato quando era stato chiesto espressamente che doveva essere dimmerabile. Ma a quel punto l’elettricista suo collaboratore invece di spiegarci il motivo per cui il led non funzionava (faceva finta di non capire) come avrebbe dovuto, è sparito nel nulla.questo ovviamente per non rispondere dell’errore. Purtroppo lo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver chiamato un altro elettricista serio e competente. Che vergogna! E premetto che in passato avevamo fatto diversi acquisti in questo negozio quindi eravamo pure clienti. Bel trattamento! Senza parlare delle due lampade a sospensione che abbiamo ordinato. Ci era stato assicurato che il filo poteva scendere dal rosone senza doverlo fissare al soffitto lateralmente ed invece una volta arrivato non era così, ovviamente il cambio poi non è stato possibile , neanche se l’errore è stato suo e non nostro. This obviously in order not to answer for the error. Unfortunately we only found out after calling another serious and competent electrician. What a shame! And I state that in the past we had made several purchases in this shop so we were also customers. Nice treatment! Not to mention the two pendant lamps we ordered. We were assured that the wire could come down from the rose window without having to fix it to the ceiling from the side and instead once it arrived it was not, obviously the change was not possible, even if the mistake was yours and not ours. A place to avoid absolutely!
