Ho provato massaggio thai classico da 80 min, da 5 stelle. Non vedo l'ora di provare i percorsi della SPA.

L’esperienza inizia già appena varcata la soglia: essenze orientali, lacche, ori e legni esotici, il tutto avvolto da un rilassante profumo di lemongrass.
Ogni arredo e ogni dettaglio è rigorosamente originale e frutto di ricerche svolte durante i numerosi viaggi in Thailandia dei titolari. Si accede solo su appuntamento e i servizi prenotati danno accesso ad aree riservate ed esclusive.
I trattamenti rituali e i massaggi vengono eseguiti da terapiste thailandesi mentre le beauty italiane si dedicano ai trattamenti estetici viso e corpo. Ho scelto il vero massaggio thai, che è asciutto e basato sullo stretching e viene eseguito con indosso il camice utilizzando il burro di karitè.
Ogni camera è dotata di doccia privata, per poter godere fino alla fine della pace e della tranquillità post trattamento. Nella suite si vive una esperienza di lusso e benessere: ci sono due lettini per i massaggi con la doccia e un bagno turco riservati e una bellissima minipiscina con idromassaggio.
Per i trattamenti di bellezza vengono utilizzati i cosmetici Hur, una linea naturale biologica Toscana, che coltiva i suoi prodotti sui colli toscani e in Sicilia. Per decidere il tipo di trattamento, viene eseguito il Test Enzimatico Hur per il viso, che valuta idratazione e intolleranze.
Una esperienza decisamente unica, con cui si può staccare completamente e dimenticare di essere a Milano. Consigliata!

The experience begins as soon as you cross the threshold: oriental essences, lacquers, golds and exotic woods, all wrapped in a relaxing scent of lemongrass.
Every furniture and every detail is rigorously original and the result of research carried out during the owners' numerous trips to Thailand. Access is by appointment only and the booked services give access to reserved and exclusive areas.
The ritual treatments and massages are performed by Thai therapists while the Italian beauty treatments are dedicated to face and body beauty treatments. I chose the real Thai massage, which is dry and based on stretching and is performed wearing a gown using shea butter.
Each room has a private shower, so you can enjoy the peace and tranquility after treatment until the end. In the suite you live an experience of luxury and well-being: there are two massage beds with shower and a reserved Turkish bath and a beautiful mini-pool with hydromassage.
For beauty treatments, Hur cosmetics are used, a natural organic Tuscan line, which grows its products on the Tuscan hills and in Sicily. To decide the type of treatment, the Hur Enzyme Test is performed for the face, which evaluates hydration and intolerances.
A decidedly unique experience, with which you can completely disconnect and forget that you are in Milan. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from California and purchased a gift card for my wife for Christmas. The place is new and clean, but the customer support was bad. We made an appointment (hired a babysitter) and arrived on a Saturday afternoon but the place was closed due to COVID. Understandable, but why were we not contacted to let us know it was closed? They said they would call us on Monday to confirm our appointment for the following Saturday. No call. We call them and they are now full on Saturday. Instead of apologizing and saying sorry for the confusion and for not contacting us not once but twice they call my wife “ignorante”. How are you supposed to relax at a spa after arguing with the staff? The entire experience left me rather surprised as to how they think we would want to come back again.
