Siamo arrivate con un quarto d'ora d'anticipo in via Tolstoi, ma non riuscendola a trovare perchè non ci sono state date le giuste indicazioni dalle centraliniste, alla fine siamo arrivate con 20 minuti di ritardo. Le signore al centralino non rispondono mai al telefono e in maniera poco educata ci hanno pure rimproverate per non averle avvisate per tempo. Il coupon durava 3 ore, ma dopo neanche 3 quarti d'ora siamo dovute scappare da quell'ambiente poco igienico e per nulla curato. Una spa molto piccola, buia, con acqua torbida, docce rotte, muri lesionati, spogliatoi fatiscenti e allagati, 2 docce malfunzionanti, un unico phoon e soprattutto accappatoi per nulla lindi e profumati. Ad un certo punto chiamiamo un'operatrice per informarla che il filo del phoon era immerso nell'acqua e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile asciugare il pavimento; lei con molta non curanza ha preso un accappatoio lo ha steso sul pavimento bagnato dicendoci di usarlo come tappetino per i piedi. Nella zona relax le sedute erano inadeguate rispetto al numero dei presenti e non si aveva per nulla un senso di privacy e di relax. Non consiglio a nessuno di andare in questa spa orribile e sporca con un servizio scadente.Mi dispiace per i soldi spesi al vento,per fortuna è stato acquistato con un' offerta di Euro 29,90 e non a prezzo pieno di 110,00 Euro!!!!! Me and a friend of mine, a few days ago, we were in this spa thanks to a coupon lasting 3 hours. We arrived a quarter of an hour early in via Tolstoi, but could not find it because we were not given the right directions from the switchboard operators, in the end we arrived 20 minutes late. The ladies at the switchboard never answer the phone and in a polite way they also reproached us for not having warned them in time. The coupon lasted 3 hours, but after not even 3 quarters of an hour we had to escape from that unhygienic environment and not at all taken care of. A very small, dark spa, with murky water, broken showers, damaged walls, dilapidated and flooded locker rooms, 2 malfunctioning showers, a single phoon and above all bathrobes that are not at all neat and fragrant. At one point we call an operator to inform her that the phoon wire was immersed in water and we asked if it was possible to dry the floor; she took a bathrobe with a lot of curiosity, laid him on the wet floor and told us to use it as a foot mat. In the relaxation area the sessions were inadequate compared to the number of those present and there was no sense of privacy and relaxation at all. I do not recommend anyone to go to this horrible and dirty spa with poor service. I'm sorry for the money spent in the wind, luckily it was bought with an offer of € 29.90 and not at full price of € 110.00 !!!!!
A	André Bonfanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauna e bagno turco funzionanti, anche se il bagno turco avrebbe bisogno di qualche essenza (nel weekend sicuramente non ne mettono). Le tre vasche idromassaggio sono rilassanti, ma ogni tanto hanno bisogno di manutenzione e rimangono ferme a turno. Functional sauna and turkish baths, even if the turkish bath would need some essence (in the weekend they definitely do not put it). The three whirlpools are relaxing, but occasionally they need maintenance and remain firm in turn.
