Spendete i vostri soldi per altre strutture, non per quelle gestite ("gestite"...) da questa compagnia: eviterete delusioni. Mah. Quite bizarre commercial policies. Spend your money on other structures, not on those managed ("managed" ...) by this company: you will avoid disappointment.

V	Valentina Ascolani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pacchetto hotel+terme per Saint Vincent, e nonostante sulla carta potesse sembrare vantaggioso, si è rivelata una pessima scelta e un’esperienza davvero frustrante. Abbiamo faticato con la prenotazione in hotel, gestita in maniera molto superficiale, abbiamo avuto problemi con le terme, soprattutto per il parcheggio che è molto ridotto rispetto al numero di ospiti della struttura. E dulcis in fundo ci è stato detto che il nostro pacchetto prevedeva due ingressi alle terme, e non uno, solo al momento del check out in hotel. Nessuno si è premurato di chiederci quando volessimo usufruire del secondo ingresso, né in hotel né alle terme, oppure di informarci che andava utilizzato la domenica. A richiesta di spiegazione a Via delle Terme ci siamo sentiti dire che il problema era nostro, che non avevamo letto bene. Ora io sfido chiunque a leggere il testo del voucher da 250€ o le informazioni che vi mandano via mail e a capire che gli ingressi da prenotare sono due per persona e che vanno usati per forza uno sabato e uno domenica. Peccato. Se proprio volete andarci, siate super scrupolosi nel confermare le informazioni perché nessuno è disposto a venirvi incontro. I purchased a hotel + spa package for Saint Vincent, and although it might seem advantageous on paper, it turned out to be a bad choice and a really frustrating experience. We struggled with the hotel booking, managed in a very superficial way, we had problems with the spas, especially for the parking which is very small compared to the number of guests of the structure. And last but not least we were told that our package included two entrances to the spa, and not one, only when checking out at the hotel. Nobody bothered to ask us when we wanted to use the second entrance, neither in the hotel nor at the spa, or to inform us that it was to be used on Sundays. Upon request for an explanation in Via delle Terme we were told that the problem was ours, that we had not read correctly. Now I challenge anyone to read the text of the € 250 voucher or the information they send you via e-mail and to understand that there are two entrances per person to be booked and that one must necessarily use one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Pity. If you really want to go there, be super scrupulous in confirming the information because no one is willing to come and meet you.
