Really really poor selection of products. The personnel hasn’t showed any kind of utility when I asked them my questions. In general a very disappointing and not pleasure experience.

If you buy a phone or any other tech products, don’t fall into the trap (like I did) of buying the EASY LIFE PLUS insurance on the product. Total scam and waste of money.

It was ok. The staff spoke little to no english. One thing to keep in mind is that they say that you can return the item but what they really mean is exchange. I bought a charging brick for 15 euro and when I went to return it they said they do not give cash back or store credit. You have to get something else which is of equal value. I had to get something useless which I didn't want or need but the other option was losing 15 euro.

Apparently my lucky day... it looked very much like the only guy who felt like earning his wages came to help me and with competent ease gave me the information I needed to decide about buying a notebook. Many among the other staff looked the other way if you tried to ask for help. The cashier at the till barely uttered a word, and I had to ask for a bag though my purchase was obviously cumbersome and difficult to carry without one. Let alone being of far more than several hundred euros...

We went to this store on Saturday 21 July 2018, and we waited a long time to talk to a technician, there was little staff for the number of people. We have made an appointment for mounting the TV on the wall costing 92 euros. The appointment was set for today 28 July 2018 afternoon time. The service has a wide schedule, from 2pm to 7pm, without notice, as do other brands such as Ikea, which advise 30 minutes before arriving at home. At 5.00 pm we call the store, which although open, has selected a record that repeats being closed. We therefore call the registered office, then we can talk to the customer service, which gives us the happy news that the assembly technician would not have presented himself. Is it possible that given an appointment, customers are not notified during the week? The day before? The morning? But indeed, do you expect the customer to be doubtful, to ask if the installation is done as an appointment? Respect for customers by the Euronics brand and associated companies equal to zero.
