★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location appartement sur Rapallo : Suite à un soi disant problème de plomberie sur l'appartement ARCHIVE, il m'a été proposé en remplacement l'appartement MAGGIORE. Problèmes : 1 seule douche, pas de terrasse et de vue mer et à 150m de la gare. J'ai donc demandé un remboursement partiel de €.100 estimant avoir été lésé. A ce jour, personne ne répond à mes demandes. En conséquence de quoi, je déconseille fortement de passer par cette agence !!!!
apartment rental on Rapallo: Following a so-called plumbing problem on the ARCHIVE apartment, I was offered to replace the MAGGIORE apartment. Problems: 1 shower only, no terrace and sea view and 150m from the station. I therefore requested a partial reimbursement of € .100 considering that I had been wronged. To date, no one answers my requests. Consequently, I strongly advise against going through this agency !!!!

Ho lasciato dei miei effetti personali IMPORTANTI in camera per sbaglio e nonostante le mie ripetute telefonate e mail per recuperarli non ci è stata nessuna forma di aiuto.
L’ospite successivo si è preso la briga di contattarmi per organizzare un incontro.
Ho richiamato per spiegare l’accaduto e anche in quel caso ho avuto un esperienza pessima.
Purtroppo create questi appartamenti supertecnilogici ma vi dimenticate dell’attenzione al cliente e alla persona.

I left my IMPORTANT personal belongings in the room by mistake and despite my repeated phone calls and emails to retrieve them there was no form of help.
The next guest took the trouble to contact me to arrange a meeting.
I called back to explain what had happened and even in that case I had a very bad experience.
Unfortunately, you create these super-technological apartments but you forget about paying attention to the customer and the person.
