Bravissima, molto professionale e insieme molto simpatica, un'energia davvero difficile da trovare.... grande motivatrice....come chi crede con l'anima a quello che fa... grazie I am a Pilates studio teacher in Milan for a short vacation and yesterday I was a guest of Mareike who welcomed me with joy as if I were part of the family .... Very good, very professional and at the same time very nice, an energy really difficult to find .... great motivator .... like those who believe with soul in what they do ... thank you

Nonostante questo brutto periodo sono state capaci di trovare il modo di continuare le lezioni e regalarci così un’ora di benessere giornaliero e buon umore grazie alle meravigliose insegnanti! Ormai è un anno che frequento il centro e vi assicuro che non riesco più a farne a meno! Consiglio vivamente a TUTTI di provare perché i risultati sono incredibili! Benefit studio is a little piece of paradise! Despite this bad period, they were able to find ways to continue the lessons and thus give us an hour of daily well-being and good humor thanks to the wonderful teachers! Benefit Studio è Mareike, creato a sua immagine e somiglianza, quindi sinonimo di professionalità, attenzione al cliente e al livello di servizio, flessibilità e elevata personalizzazione delle lezioni. A tutto ciò avevo dovuto rinunciare circa un anno e mezzo fa, quando a causa del trasferimento della sede del mio ufficio, mi costava troppa fatica correre da una parte all'altra di Milano per raggiungere lo studio. Ma ecco che il lockdown che abbiamo vissuto negli ultimi due mesi, mi ha offerto una nuova opportunità. Mareike ha creato Benefit@home! Una manna per una super stressata come me! Benefit@home significa poter fare pilates, anche tutti i giorni, comodamente da casa, via zoom, con la stessa attenzione e la stessa professionalità di sempre (se appoggi male l'ultima vertebra, Mareike se ne accorge!). Formula incredibile, dai costi contenuti, che mi consentirà di proseguire nella pratica a lungo interrotta, anche quando l'emergenza sarà finita. Perché indietro non ci torno! Grazie Mareike. Mareike has been my Pilates teacher for some years (maybe 2011?) And I have known Benefit Studio since it was born. Benefit Studio is Mareike, created in its image and likeness, therefore synonymous with professionalism, attention to the customer and the level of service, flexibility and high personalization of the lessons. All this I had to give up about a year and a half ago, when due to the relocation of my office, it cost me too much effort to travel from one part of Milan to the other to reach the studio. But here is the lockdown that we have experienced in the past two months has offered me a new opportunity. Mareike has created Benefit @ home! A godsend for a super stressed out like me! Benefit @ home means being able to do pilates, even every day, comfortably from home, via zoom, with the same attention and the same professionalism as always (if you put your back on the last vertebra, Mareike realizes it!). Incredible formula, with low costs, that will allow me to continue in the long interrupted practice, even when the emergency is over. Because I'm not going back! Thanks Mareike.

The teachers are super loverly, know the exercises and equipment perfect and explain very clearly. Mareike, is very welcoming and always tries to find the perfect schedule, group and time for you. The studio is perfectly located and very clean and nice. I highly recommend it!

And Benefit Studio Pilates is by far the best, so professionals. Furthermore, the place is nice and the atmosphere feels familiar. Other pros: they have many kind of machines and it's really closed to a metro station.
