S	Stephen Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hideaway, friendly staff available 24 hours a day. Just across the road from the colloseum! No lift so get used to climbing stairs. Great little 3 star room for the price and location.
A	Adelle Walls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little gem of a place. Located just a stone's throw from the great colosseum in Rome (you really could throw a stone if you wanted too lol). Bars and some hotels in this street are LGBT orientated and lots of fun. Surprisingly , free parking can be had along this street, right outside the hotel too if you're lucky enough to find a space. Imperial rooms has some rooms with spa baths. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again next time we're in Rome.

Now some improvement which they can make v easily 1st improve your reception area atleast get some better desk and put some chairs for customer to sit down. No wellcome by receptionist staff atleast stand for the guest wellcome them and ask them to sit etc Put some good lights buy some from ikea like hanging lights etc. Rooms are on 3rd floor tooooooo dark which makes you fear as you are getting to a new place. Other floor made it bright. Improve the lighting at the floor put a rug and cardenza with glass to make it bright. In the room put 02 chairs with a small center table. Tv is tooo high.... Add a a body length mirror in room will not cost much. Breakfast. Guys if you want to give this breakfast this i person can go to carrefour and get it as a cake tea water jam improve a little more eggs fruits atleast. Best of luck. Make use of your location and potential.
B	Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were reasonable. Had a problem with our air conditioning, so we moved room after the first night. Breakfast was a little limited, but nice and fresh. Great friendly and helpful service from the reception staff. Even prepared us a take out breakfast at 5 am! Great location right next to the Roman Forum and Colosseum!! Happy stay.
M	Marinos H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Your stay next to the Colloseum” Although there's no elevator, when you get upstairs to the room, it's a nice hidden surprise. We got Room 7, which was recently renovated. Classic style, but very new and nice. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi and sparkling clean. WiFi was amazing, because the router was right outside the door, so we had ultra fast speeds and good reception.

The last night we were here (Monday night) the music wasn't playing but the people were partying out in the street until almost 4am. Do people work?Staff were very accommodating when I complained the first night and moved our room. Beds were beyond uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on concrete slab. Would not stay here again. Gave 3 stars only because the staff were friendly and helpful.

Awesome value, super clean rooms. Breakfast is traditional Italian (croissant and additional pastries, meat, cheese, cappuccino espresso, teas etc.) We actually booked here twice, before and after a cruise. Highly recommend!
R	Raoul Philippe Tacmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you travel for almost 24 hours, all you need is your hotel bed. That was not the case for me. The receptionist did not welcome me at all. Instead, she asked me millions of questions to the point that I was already annoyed. She was not very welcoming at all. She was the worst receptionist I have ever met, truthfully. The cleaner, Anna, was more helpful that the receptionist. Anna was fantastic. The rooms are cozy and clean. The bathrooms are so beautiful. You don’t see anything outside from your window. It is loud from 10:00pm to 3:00 or 4:00am because there is a bar below the hotel. The internet services are unreliable. I was given wrong passwords. I have never used the internet at all because passwords and wifi names given to me were wrong. I had this worst hotel experience ever. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. It is a waste of money.
