I	Ionut Grecu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this hotel in Rome for a 3 night-stay before the vacation in Salerno-Amalfi area. The owner has at least 2 locations in the same area – a street away one from the other. We stayed at the one on the Via Ostillia with an interior courtyard at the second floor. The room had no windows at all, the only window was the one in the bathroom overlooking the interior courtyard. This did not bother us too much, as we used the room only for night sleep, the rest of the day being fully busy visiting Rome’s points of attraction. If you intend to stay for more than 2-3 days, it might become frustrating not to have a window in your room and get natural sunlight. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the Colosseum, Palatine, Roman Forum, etc… Parking in the area might be tricky… The included breakfast is served at a 3rd party cafeteria located 2 streets away (Colosseum RistoBar – on Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano) and it included a coffee/cappuccino/milk glass and a croissant. The owner of the B&B hotel has an agreement with this RistoBar and they serve the hotel guest in the morning with this type of Italian breakfast (coffee + croissant only).
S	Steve Deakin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a bit disappointed with the room, not one shown on advertising and did not really like having to go to a public bar around the corner to have a breakfast that only consisted of one croissant and a cup of coffee. Having said that, the owner Fabrizio was very helpful and always available if there were any problems.
S	Sean Solarte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really cute spot to stay if youre visiting rome. Proximity to the coliseum cant be beat, can literally see it by walking out the door. Comes with a mini fridge and 24/7 grocery shop right down the street. Of all the places we stayed on a two week trip through europe this had the best shower. Everything in the room was very modern and clean. Only negative is that the walls were pretty thin and we were awoken early in the morning by very loud neighbors across the hall.

Note that the rooms that show online with the view to the Colosseum are only for the deluxe rooms, in my case we had the standard and the address is different from the main one (just a block away). The room was clean and big bathroom, I didn't like that the bed instead of being a complete queen size, it was two individual twin size put together, and they would tend to move apart leaving a gap in between, which was very uncomfortable when sleeping at night with my husband. Fabrizio was extremely nice and friendly, and the lady who served the breakfast in the morning made an amazing cappuccino.
