★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are masters of disguise. They give you a welcoming atmosphere, with cozy lights and music. However, the food is just disappointing. They charge you for every single thing, even maple syrup on your pancakes…..or a glass of water. The food is mediocre I could’ve made this sandwich I ate with my toe. If you are a tourist don’t fall for this place and save some coin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a superb place for a delicious light lunch. Somewhere to escape the hurly burly if the Colosseum, a sit in the cool and enjoy excellent quality food at great prices. The staff are brilliant. Walk past all of the other establishments and eat here! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This really is an awesome little cafe. We were here with our three little kids all were really happy with the food and ate every little crumb of it. The staff is super friendly. It’s 2 min away from the colosseum. Can definitely recommend this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this cafe after our visit to the Colosseum. We started with freshly squeezed juices and a fruit smoothie. Today was a mood for pasta. The tonnarelli al pesto is divine, just look past the oil and enjoy the fresh pine nuts and yummy flavor! Also delicipus- tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the tonnarelli carbonara. Chocolate cake was amazingly decadent but not too rich, enjoyed with a lemon ginger tea with honey. Each one of these items were delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. And it was worth asking the waiter for his name- Lorenzo- because he was sweet, joyful, and gave incredible service. This cafe deserves another visit, if we get a chance to circle back there on this trip. Enjoy good food and say hi to Lorenzo for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the employees were extremely kind. The atmosphere is great and the food was just amazing. The waffles are a highlight, so yummy, we ended up ordering two more after our first two. I also did a build your own sandwich with turkey and mozzarella, it was so very good. I loved the bread and that it was warm, plus, it came with a side of salad. We loved going here, wish I could go again!
