Z	Zeny Gatenby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 units in the same building ( 11 adults) for 6 nights.Location was fantastic 5 min walk to the colosseum and 10 min walk to train station. Loads of small stores and restaurants for convenience. Just a bit of info, the tabacchi charges 0.50 per ticket extra on top of ticket price should you buy a single train/bus ticket. We enjoyed our stay at both flats , it was very clean,quiet and we felt safe especially in the evening.Paolo's communication is quick and thank you for arranging our various transport needs.
D	Dave Muggeridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely apartment and excellent location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent short break in Rome and the apartment was ideal for our family (Mum, Dad , and 3 teenagers) five minutes from the Colosseum and the heart of the old part of Rome. Paolo, the owner was a lovely gentleman and met us at the apartment (we even met his Mum, "Super Gran" as Paolo put's it), we had a really smooth handover and advised on what sites to see first. We had arrived earlier than expected and Paolo accommodated this with no fuss. The apartment was modern, clean and the wifi kept the children happy (although they were too exhausted at the end of each day to be too bothered !). SuperU supermarket situated near the Colosseum was really handy as we were self catering (Dad thought it was Christmas when he found the Peroni for a fraction of the price in the UK!). Paolo was a great host, very helpful in arranging transport and giving us great recommendations of places to eat and things to see in Roma. Wonderful place. Would definitely stay there again! Grazie!

This modern, very clean, spacious, well equipped apartment easily accommodated 8 adult women for our 3 day pre-cruise stay in Rome. Paolo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond greeting our group arriving at various times. He provided us with excellent recommendations, maps, information and any assistance as needed. The 3 bedroom/loft apartment was perfect and would highly recommend it. Air conditioning and WiFi were a plus in comparison to other VRBO locations. Great place, great location, great host! Cannot wait to come back again!
A	Alana Coble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great apartment in a great location, very near the Colosseum. The apartment has 3 nice size bedrooms, one with a loft and a single bed. The other beds are king size and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped (could use a vegetable peeler), with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, lots of pots and pans, dishes and silverware. There are TVs in 3 rooms, great reliable wifi, and great air conditioning. Paolo and his assistant were very welcoming and gave us great advice on restaurants and things to see. There is an elevator in the building. Also, there is a washing machine on a balcony and plenty of clotheline/clothes pins to hang washing. Very conveniently located with a 5-10 minute walk to two Metro stations. There is also a bus/tram stop a block away. Take Paolo up on the taxi offer - they came right on time, with plenty of room for our luggage. Staying here really made our week-long stay in Rome easy and fun.

The location was fantastic. It was only a few minute walk to the Colusseum and only a 20 minute walk to the Pantheon. We also appreciated the two grocery stores and Gillato store that were right by the apartment. I would highly recommend this location. Paulo was a great host and gave us good information about the local sites and where to eat. I wish we could stay longer and we will absolutely stay here again if we come back.

Really lovely, big and thoughtfully designed. It was great for us (8 people). The location is perfect; a short walk to everything, yet hidden away from the crowds. Paolo was helpful and flexible at every stage, providing suggestions and helping with reservations. We'll surely recommend this apartment and Paolo's services to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Rome.

We felt safe the entire time and its location was excellent. Paolo greeted us and introduced us to various sites in Rome via powerpoint. He explained how to use the metro which really came in handy! His maps were extremely helpful and his recommendations were terrific. We had excellent meals in Rome! The apartment was located close to a supermarket which came in handy for breakfast food. The apartment had a brand new washer/dryer combo which I figured out and was a lifesaver. We are not small Americans, so the baths were a bit tight but definitely do-able! Beds were comfortable, although a few extra pillows would have been nice. Paolo was available to answer questions and help throughout the stay, so we should have just asked. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
