★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0 stelle. Mi ha fatto perdere 2 mesi per l'affitto di un locale commerciale e nel momento in cui era tutto definito e accordato hanno cambiato tutti gli accordi rialzando a sproposito i prezzi. State alla larga da questi ciarlatani
 If I could I would put 0 stars. It made me lose 2 months for the rent of a commercial space and when everything was defined and agreed they changed all the agreements by raising the prices out of all proportion. Stay away from these charlatans

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con questa agenzia, se potete evitatela.
Sono stati poco seri e ci hanno fatto perdere 2 mesi di tempo.
Abbiamo visto annuncio su internet pubblicato da loro al prezzo di 450€, interessati al locale, avviamo le pratiche per aprire la società. Successivamente dopo altri appuntamenti e richiesta di documentazione si scopre assenza di certificazione energetica nel locale. In antecedenza ci avevano assicurato che il locale aveva la documentazione completa.
Pattuiamo due mensilità gratuite con l'intermediario e con la proprietà per anticipare noi le spese e recuperare dei costi che dovevano anticipare al locale.
Gli stessi, ci approvano le nuove condizioni e le nuove richieste.
Facciamo quindi successivamente venire sopralluogho al locale di un elettricista (pagato a nostre spese dopo che la controparte si era venduta con noi che ci avrebbero pensato loro, ma così non fu).
Risolto anche questa problematica procediamo a compilare e firmare la proposta con l'agenzia al prezzo dell'annuncio pattuito e delle condizioni più volte confermate...
Risultato?
La controparte dopo la nostra Proposta e l'annuncio pubblicato ha cambiato tutte le carte in tavola proponendo un canone locativo con partenza a condizioni diverse da quanto viste e con aumento esponenziale anno per anno fino a 300€ in più delle condizioni originarie dopo solo 3 anni.
Ai limiti di una frode, nonché una perdita di tempo, ad oggi ci troviamo una società aperta senza un locale con cui operare. La prima volta che ci succede una cosa del genere con un agenzia...
Detto ciò fate voi... ma se potete evitate.
Gente poco seria e due mesi di perdita di tempo assoluta e reali danni arrecati alla società mia e dei mie soci, il tutto dopo una completa serietà e professionalità da parte nostra...

Then we then have an electrician visit the place (paid at our expense after the counterparty had sold with us who would have thought of them, but they did not).
Having solved this problem as well, we proceed to fill in and sign the proposal with the agency at the price of the agreed announcement and the conditions confirmed several times ...
Result?
The counterparty after our Proposal and the published announcement has changed all the cards on the table by proposing a rental fee with departure at conditions different from those seen and with exponential increase year by year up to € 300 more than the original conditions after only 3 years .
On the verge of fraud, as well as a waste of time, today we find ourselves an open company without a place to work with. The first time something like this happens to us with an agency ...
Having said that you do ... but if you can avoid.
Not very serious people and two months of absolute waste of time and real damage done to my company and my partners, all after a complete seriousness and professionalism on our part ...
