Ho visto la mostra su Andy Warhol e Mario Schifano, entrambi, ma diversamente, grandi esponenti della Pop Art mondiale. ??
 In the heart of Pescara, between Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Piazza Sacro Cuore, the three floors of the historic building of the Ex Banco di Napoli house the Imago Museum - Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art: 1200 square meters of exhibition spaces with collections and exhibitions temporary.
I saw the exhibition on Andy Warhol and Mario Schifano, both, but differently, great exponents of world Pop Art. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel museo, fatto bene dal punto di vista informativo, con audioguida x quanto riguarda gli impressioni danesi, più carente (solo titoli delle opere) il piano superiore dedicato al Novecento. Peccato perché ci sono belle opere. Da non perdere la stanza sulla Matres Matutae di Schifano.
Nice museum, well done from an informative point of view, with audio guide for Danish impressions, more lacking (only titles of the works) the upper floor dedicated to the twentieth century. Too bad because there are beautiful works. Don't miss the room on Schifano's Matres Matutae.

La mostra temporanea sulla Pop Art, eccezionale. Le salette multimediali una trovata interessante per immergere l'osservatore nell'ambiente e nel periodo storico di riferimento.
Merita anche la mostra sugli impressionisti nordici.

The temporary exhibition on Pop Art, exceptional. The multimedia rooms are an interesting idea to immerse the observer in the environment and in the historical period of reference.
The exhibition on the Nordic Impressionists is also worthy of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly international museum in the very centre of the town. A must see for anybody visiting or just passing by Pescara. The collection of the museum includes hundreds of artworks by Mario Schifano, Aligi Sassu, Andy Warhol, Kristian Zahrtmann and many others, including the gorgeous paintings of the Scandinavian Impressionists who fell in love with the wild villages of Abruzzo in the late XIX century.
