★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato due volte nel ristorante "Il sorbo allegro" dell'hotel "Villa Armena" nel quale alloggiavamo in occasione del ponte dell'8 dicembre.
L'ambiente si riconferma caldo, accogliente ed elegante, con luci soffuse e tavoli ampi, pochi coperti che garantiscono tranquillità e relax.
Ingredienti di qualità, piatti magnificamente presentati e realizzati con cura, sapori perfetti, un vero e proprio viaggio nel piacere del gusto! Lo chef saprà sorprendervi e ammaliarvi a ogni pietanza. Squisiti i Pici cacio e Pepe, le pappardelle al cinghiale, i crostini con fegatelli e funghi, i tonnarelli con i gamberi, la Fiorentina e la Cheesecake, una delle più buone che io abbia mai assaggiato. Vi mostreremo presto un assaggio sul nostro canale "Viaggia e Racconta".
La carissima Laura ci ha consigliati (soprattutto sul vino, scelta squisita) e coccolati per tutto il tempo, piacevolissime chiacchierate tra una portata e l'altra.
Il nostro consiglio è di alloggiare a Villa Armena e di mangiare almeno una volta al Sorbo Allegro! ^^
 We dined twice in the restaurant "Il sorbo allegro" of the hotel "Villa Armena" in which we stayed on the occasion of the long weekend of December 8th.
The environment is reconfirmed as warm, welcoming and elegant, with soft lights and large tables, few seats that guarantee tranquility and relaxation.
Quality ingredients, beautifully presented and carefully crafted dishes, perfect flavors, a real journey into the pleasure of taste! The chef will surprise and charm you with every dish. Delicious Pici cacio e Pepe, pappardelle with wild boar, crostini with liver and mushrooms, tonnarelli with prawns, Fiorentina and Cheesecake, one of the best I've ever tasted. We will soon show you a taste on our "Travel and Tell" channel.
The dearest Laura advised us (especially on wine, an exquisite choice) and pampered us all the time, very pleasant chats between courses.
Our advice is to stay at Villa Armena and eat at least once at Sorbo Allegro! ^^
