★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking the Via Francigena and stayed here 1 night. The setting at the top of a steep hill on the south side of town was quite beautiful and the views were sweeping. The room was on the small side and the bathroom was a little cramped. But we had our own private terrace which we enjoyed after a long day walking. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was very delicious. Family run so we met them all. We enjoyed our stay in April 2022. We needed the extra blanket because the stone building we slept in was cool and the heat was turned off for the season already. For the hikers, be warned the approach from town is very steep and at the end of your walking day its tough, but worth it for the beauty and quiet you'll find at the top.
