★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can instantly see why this place was given the accolade “Europe’s most luxurious new hotel” it is AWESOME.
The service is special and reflects the fact that this is not part of some large corporate chain.
The design of the hotel, from the beautiful raised garden, to the smallest details in the private bathrooms is immaculate but at the same time homely.
You feel at home, relaxed, looked after and most of all very fortunate to be able to enjoy time here.
If you can, do!

Since the first step in, you will be captured by its beautiful architecture. A long bridge across trees and flowers will take you to the entrance letting you enjoy the amazing panorama of the lake, the mountains and infinity pool. Inside, the architect's touch is as visible as outside, finely furnished, modern and chic.
The suites, all very spacious and complete with all the amenties you need, reflect the modern style of the rest. The staff is very kind and friendly available for your every need. At lunch and dinner the choice is incredible: for a quick lunch I recommend eating on the outdoor terrace and for dinner I recommend trying the 9-course menu of the starred chef at Berton al Lago. Finally, I recommend taking one of the two Ernesto Riva boats that you can actually drive yourself and take a nice tour of the lake. That is a truly unforgettable experience

Great position with the longest sun time of this part of the lake, great services and started restaurant.
One of those unique places.
Bang on the water of the Lake of Como.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really lovely lunch here. The Michelin starred chef delivered on delicious pastas and dessert and the wine selection was thoughtful and fantastic. The hotel itself is gorgeous and incredibly chic and the view is amazing. Hopefully we can stay there on our next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilsereno offers majestic views overlooking the glistening lake como. Our whole stay was perfect from start to finish. Even though the architecture of the hotel is out of this world and the lobby/rooms are so elegant, the hotel staff attitude and service is even more than that! They always greet you with a smile and they provided everything we needed and more. Special mention to Elena who showed us around on the first day and provided all information needed. Definitely would recommend everyone to stay at this amazing hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property itself is gorgeous and the service was Italian hospitality at its finest. Complimentary champagne, room service, and arguably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Valentina, Maria, Andrea and the whole international staff definitely do their best to make you feel welcome. Without a bad view on the property I’d definitely recommend this to people looking for a tip top luxury hotel in one of the best lake destinations anywhere

The hotel is quietly tucked away in an amazing location right on the water which is exactly what we were looking for. The service level from every single staff member was great from the moment you entered to the moment you left. The rooms are probably the best in the industry, and the technology is great. The restaurant is really nice with creative dishes, making for a memorable evening. Depending on what you’re looking for during your stay in Como, you really never have to leave the facilities to enjoy yourself!
