★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal. Tolle Aussicht, exzellentes Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt war die Lautstärke abends im Zimmer zum Hafen.
Great hotel, super friendly staff. Great view, excellent breakfast. The only negative point was the volume in the evening in the room facing the harbor.

Otel Torno vapur iskelesinin hemen yaninda. Como'dan vapurlada ulaşabilirsiniz. Öncelikle como gölüne nazır 4 yildizli bir otel. Otoparki biraz yukarda ama görevliler yardımcı oluyor. Çalışanlar güleryuzlü ve çok ilgililer. Ne isterseniz hemen yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Ali bey ve Volkan bey misafirleriyle birebir ilgileniyorlar. Tüm misafirler çok rahat ederler. Cok temiz ve hijyenik. Pandemi kurallarına sıkı sıkı uyuyorlar. Kahvaltısı harika. Göl manzaralı kahvaltı salonjndan hiç kalkmak istemeyeceksiniz. Odaları gol manzaralı teraslı ve balkonlu odalarıda var. Sabah gol manzarası ile uyanabilirsiniz. Temizlik mükemmel. Yeni ve modern dekore edilmiş. Akşam yemekleri harika menüleri çeşitleri bol ve lezzetli. Teras cafeleri akşam ve oglen 360 derece göl manzarasıyla tam bir keyif yeri. Como'ya gelecekseniz mutlaka burda konaklayın pişman olmassınız.
In a word, it is a perfect hotel to experience Lake Como. I've been coming to Como for years, it's the best hotel I've stayed in. It is 10 minutes away from the center of Como by car. Ferries take 30 minutes touring lake Como. The hotel is right next to the Torno ferry port. You can reach Como by ferry. First of all, it is a 4-star hotel overlooking Lake Como. The parking lot is a little higher, but the attendants are helpful. The employees are friendly and very interested. They try to do whatever you want right away. Mr. Ali and Mr. Volkan take care of their guests one-on-one. All guests feel very comfortable. Very clean and hygienic. They are strictly following the pandemic rules. The breakfast is great. You will never want to leave the breakfast room with a lake view. There are rooms with terraces and balconies with lake views. You can wake up with a goal view in the morning. Cleaning is excellent. New and modern decorated. The evening meals are great, the menus are plentiful and delicious. Terrace cafes are a place of pleasure with a 360 degree lake view in the evening and in the afternoon. If you're going to Como, stay here, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so fortunate to find this wonderful small hotel in the sleepy town of Torno on Lake Como. We prefer smaller hotels that offer a taste of the local life. The hotel is on the water overlooking the lake and a small picturesque harbor with colorful wooden boats. The ferry stops at the foot of the hotel and that was our means of transportation - I do not recommend a car for Lake Como.
The recently renovated hotel with only 9 rooms has all the modern amenities without losing its original charm. I highly recommend the rooms with balcony facing the lake. Best of all was the friendly staff always eager to help and very professional. Martina, Chiara, and owner Haussmann made our every requests come true, booking restaurants, transportation, and suggesting activities.
Our stay at the Belvedere was magical and we will definitely return.
Highly recommend.
