★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvelous! Our host, Roberta has been fabulous, charming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Friendly yet professional, she's the perfect hotelier. The hotel is brand new, tastefully some, contemporary, very comfortable bed and quiet. Fantastic shower and immaculately clean. The virus from the deluxe double top floor is amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lago Hotel is a new hotel in Torno (10 minutes drive from Como City center),
It has a wonderful direct view to the lake,
Exceptional room setup where you can enjoy the lake view while lying on the bed,
The room is equipped with 60 inch TV the largest among all Italy hotels :)
The most important advantage is the attentive hotel management and staff,
Mrs Roberta the hotel owner were super attentive and always proactive and helpful that helped my romantic gateway stay to be memorable stay,
Me and my wife really enjoyed every minute in Torno, Como and Lago Hotel ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked last minute one day prior to Easter Friday and of course had to pay a higher price. However, upon our visit I have to say a night in the Hotel is not worth around 450€ (maybe the last minute price?). Here is what went well and what can be improved:
Good:
- The breakfast is great, and gives a good start into the day
- The view from the rooms is gorgeous
- The service is kind and tries to help where they can
Not ideal:
- Charging 15€ per day per parking is okay per se, but maybe indicate the price in the confirmation e-mail in which your wording has been "A parking space is already reserved in your name."
- All rooms are located towards the main street and you can hear cars driving by (even at night, pending how the car and its engine)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent!!!! The hotel features beautiful views of Lake Como, situated on top of a hill and overlooking adjacent mountain tops with picturesque scenery. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very well furnished! interior design is at a minimum but very cozy and just what is needed. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. Me and my wife had an excellent stay and will definitely recommend Hotel Lago to everyone who wants to have an amazing stay at Lake Como. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
