L	Lorenzo Giannotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pizza di tipo "romano" (sottile a differenza della "napoletana" che è più massosa), ottimi prezzi e ambiente gradevolissimo con tettoie all'aperto che sicuramente saranno ampliate (il locale ha aperto da poco), in una zona rurale molto tranquilla. Il cameriere/titolare oltre che professionale è stato assai simpatico e affabile intrattenendo persino i bambini curiosi. Consiglio di tenervi un po' di spazio per il dolce tartufo al pistacchio e nocciola, fatto in casa, che nella sua semplicità è uno dei dolci più buoni che ho mangiato negli ultimi anni! Excellent "Roman" type pizza (thin unlike the "Neapolitan" which is more massive), excellent prices and a very pleasant environment with outdoor canopies that will certainly be expanded (the restaurant has recently opened), in a very quiet rural area . The waiter / owner as well as being professional was very nice and affable, entertaining even the curious children. I recommend keeping some space for the sweet homemade pistachio and hazelnut truffle, which in its simplicity is one of the best desserts I have eaten in recent years!

COMPLIMENTI. da tornarci assolutamente. Prezzi accessibilissimi. I happened to be there for the first time, and I must say that even without a reservation they fixed me the same immediately, super nice young waiters guys, it's always a pleasure to see young guys working, one of the best wood fired pizzas I've eaten, low , burnt edges, the real Roman pizza. COMPLIMENTS. to go back absolutely. Very affordable prices.
