M	Maria B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locanda caratteristica, atmosfera rilassante ed intima, bel fuoco acceso. Portate ottime, peccato non aver assaggiato i dolci. 5 stelle, per tutto. Characteristic inn, relaxing and intimate atmosphere, nice lighted fire. Excellent courses, it is a pity not to have tasted the desserts. 5 stars, for everything.

Abbiamo preso due antipasti di salumi, ottimi, e 4 primi di pasta, ottima, ed il piatto era decisamente generoso. Il contorno di insalata con noci, mela e melograno era assolutamente perfetto. Dolci anche super. È ancora più apprezzabile per il rispetto delle norme igienico sanitarie che, in questo periodo sono importantissime. Sarà tappa fissa ogni volta che passeremo lì Delicious food and courtesy like you don't see easily. We took two starters of salami, excellent, and 4 first courses of pasta, excellent, and the dish was very generous. The salad garnish with walnuts, apple and pomegranate was absolutely perfect. Also super sweets. It is even more appreciable for the respect of the health and hygiene regulations which, in this period, are very important. It will be a fixed stop every time we pass there

Poi un menù minimal (tagliata con panzanella e un’acqua gassata tutto a 23€) con richiami alla praticità e alla tradizione. Tradizione che non fa rima per con l’accoglienza. Proprietario (penso di sì) evidentemente in serata “no”: respingente e poco entusiasta. Ma tranquilli, i suoi borbottii sono offerti dalla casa. 5 stars for the truly superb location. Then a minimal menu (cut with panzanella and sparkling water all for € 23) with references to practicality and tradition. Tradition that does not rhyme with hospitality. Owner (I think so) evidently in the evening "no": bumper and not very enthusiastic. But rest assured, his mumbles are offered by the house.
G	Giuly Severo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale carino e caratteristico non in vista al passeggio e un po' freddino come temperatura interna ma con l'aumento della corrente e del gas temo che ovunque dovremmo mangiare col cappotto ! La mia fettuccina al cinghiale era buona ma con parecchia acquetta in fondo al piatto segno che non è stata ben mantecata inoltre non ho MAI visto carne di cinghiale Frullata non sapendo che carne fosse ! Uova al tartufo messe su un panino tipo da hamburger non comprensibile ...... Il conto è nella media ma se cambiasse cuoco o rivedesse il modo di cucinare sarebbe un successo ! Titolare poco propenso ai sorrisi al contrario del gentilissimo cameriere. Il Wifi libero non funziona ......spero di esservi stato utile !!!!!

The baccala was out of this world. Everything made for a very pleasant meal & the staff were friendly and efficient. Cost compared well to the quality of the food. Will definitely come back when next in Sutri.
