Ritrovarsi poi in una splendida location, oggetti e attrezzi a vista che ci portano in altro tempo. Sapori e accoglienza non facili da trovare, braceria d'eccezione, splendidamente presentata. LASCIATEVI TRASPORTARE DALLA CURIOSITÀ CULINARIA. Vejano. immerse yourself in an apparently lost, evocative and exciting rural entity. Then find yourself in a splendid location, objects and tools on sight that take us to another time. Flavors and hospitality not easy to find, exceptional grill, beautifully presented. LET YOURSELF BE CARRIED OUT BY CULINARY CURIOSITY.
r	roby baggio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito non faccio recensioni, ma quando vai in un luogo dove, -c'è gentilezza e cortesia, -ottimo cibo, -l'ambiente caldo ed accogliente, -pagato il giusto, anche qualcosa in meno perché Arnaldo ed il suo staff ti fanno sentire a casa propria. Passata una serata perfetta. Ancora tante grazie. Ci torneremo senza dubbi. I don't usually do reviews, but when you go to a place where, - there is kindness and courtesy, - great food, - the warm and welcoming environment, -paid the right, even a little less because Arnaldo and his staff make you feel at home. Had a perfect evening. Many thanks again. We will be back without doubts.

Il proprietario "Arnaldo" ti accoglie e ti serve come un'antico oste, ti prepara al camino acceso, anche in estate, le prelibate carni che sono un suo vanto. Antipasti, primi, contorni c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Ci tornerò per viaggiare nel tempo. A place from the past where everything seems to have stopped to savor those ancient flavors, but there are no words to describe what you eat. The owner "Arnaldo" welcomes you and serves you like an ancient innkeeper, preparing you by the lit fireplace, even in summer, the delicious meats that are his pride. Appetizers, first courses, side dishes, there is plenty of choice. I'll be back for time travel.

Cantina ben fornita, proprietario splendido e socievole, cibi altrettanto buoni, soprattutto la carne. Purtroppo molto lontano da casa...ma sicuramente ci torneremo. Beautiful surprise in the center of Vejano. Great nice place in a rustic style, with an exhibition of various tools of the peasant culture. Well-stocked cellar, splendid and friendly owner, equally good food, especially meat. Unfortunately very far from home ... but we will definitely be back.

Colpisce la passione trasmessa dal proprietario Arnaldo mentre descrive i piatti proposti e si preoccupa che i clienti li apprezzino come meritano. Eccezionali gli strozzapreti all'ortica e la grigliata mista di carne accompagnata da cicoria e patate al forno. Eccezionali anche i dolci serviti accompagnati dal loro amaro Birbaccione. Da non perdere assolutamente la visita della cantina con vista sulla carrozzella d'oro, veramente ben fornita di ottime etichette a prezzi modici. Complimenti. Exceptional place, for which it is worth moving from Rome. The passion transmitted by the owner Arnaldo is striking as he describes the dishes on offer and is concerned that customers appreciate them as they deserve. The strozzapreti with nettle and the mixed grilled meat accompanied by chicory and baked potatoes are exceptional. The desserts served accompanied by their amaro Birbaccione are also exceptional. Absolutely not to be missed is a visit to the cellar with a view of the golden wheelchair, really well stocked with excellent labels at moderate prices. Congratulations.
