Mangiato dei rigatoni al brasato con besciamella di pecorino che oltre ad essere un viaggio nei sapori sono stati un piatto nuovo da assaporare finemente. È un locale nuovo ma ben avviato, consigliatissimo. Top restaurant in Barbarano. High-level cuisine with traditional local and Lazio dishes. Staff very kind. Ate rigatoni al brasato with pecorino béchamel which in addition to being a journey into flavors were a new dish to be savored finely. It is a new but well established place, highly recommended.

Riconosciuta la qualita' dell'esercizio, abbiamo prenotato per la cena. Cacio e pepe con pasta fatta in casa e cucinata ad arte.Essendo vegetariani ci hanno preparato formaggi accompagnati con miele, zucchine marinate ,portato verdure ed altre cose a noi gradite.Ottimo anche il vino della casa! Consigliato a tutti ed anche ai vegetariani !!! che spesso faticano a trovare locali di qualita' che li soddisfino!Complimenti al cuoco che credo sia anche il titolare del locale! Entering the walls of Barbarano Romano, we noticed this bar-restaurant with tables outside and after walking in the historic center we wanted to taste an alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail. Very good and at fair prices! Recognized the quality of the exercise, we booked for dinner. Cacio e pepe with homemade and artfully cooked pasta. Being vegetarians they prepared cheeses accompanied with honey, marinated courgettes, brought vegetables and other things we like. The house wine is also excellent! Recommended for everyone and also for vegetarians !!! who often struggle to find quality places that satisfy them! Congratulations to the chef who I think is also the owner of the place! Fair prices with quality foods. Well done keep it up!

Il cuoco e proprietario è anche persona che ben sa presentare gli aspetti storici del luogo. Un bellissimo posto nel cuore di Barbarano Romano. Andateci e non ve ne pentirete. We stopped at the end of an excursion to the area and had a great time. The cook and owner is also a person who knows how to present the historical aspects of the place. Il cibo è assolutamente eccellente. Lo chef è gentile e simpatico. Quel giorno il servizio era svolto dalla graziosa signora Giorgia, che ringrazio ancora per avermi raccomandato quelle strepitose fettuccine alla norcina, che meritano l'Oscar. Prima del pranzo ci siamo fatti l'aperitivo seduti davanti al locale, in perfetto relax. The location is stunning (Barbarano Romano is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscia and in Italy). The restaurant is nice and welcoming. The food is absolutely excellent. The chef is kind and nice. That day the service was carried out by the lovely Mrs. Giorgia, whom I thank again for recommending those amazing fettuccine alla norcina, which deserve the Oscar. Before lunch we had an aperitif sitting in front of the restaurant, in perfect relaxation.

Il cibo è veramente speciale, semplice e di qualità, sicuramente ci saranno anche delle novità in arrivo. I ragazzi in sala e al banco sempre carini e disponibili. Ci tornerò per provare l aperitivo e uno dei tanti cocktail della drink list. Una bella giornata passata lontana dal caos cittadino, in un confetto di cittadina, quale è Barbarano. Andateci!!! I was today for lunch, the place is truly a gem, with attention to detail and furnishings, both inside and out. The food is really special, simple and of quality, surely there will also be some new things to come. The guys in the dining room and at the counter are always nice and helpful. I'll be back to try the aperitif and one of the many cocktails on the drink list. A beautiful day spent away from the chaos of the city, in a small town sugared almond like Barbarano. Go there !!!

Ottimi i rigatoni al brasato con crema di pecorino di Pienza, da leccarsi i baffi . Anche il tagliere di salumi e formaggi da non mancare. Sul dessert si può forse migliorare, la prossima volta vi saprò dire ma sono fiducioso. Andateci!!!! Wonderful!!! Local recently opened. It offers excellent cuisine with excellent value for money and delightfully friendly service. The braised rigatoni with pecorino di Pienza cream are excellent, mouth-watering.
