Locale ben ristrutturato di una antica e storica trattoria. Servizio al tavolo improntato da attenzione e cortesia. Si può pranzare anche all'esterno in una bella piazzetta con case medievali ingentilite da piante e fiori. Tutto molto soddisfacente Excellent dishes prepared with care, enhancing local products. Happy proposal of wines always of the territory of great quality. Well restored restaurant of an ancient and historic trattoria. Table service marked by attention and courtesy. You can also have lunch outside in a beautiful square with medieval houses softened by plants and flowers. All very satisfying
D	Die Staatssicherheit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köstliches regionales essen. Ein Großteil der Zutaten ist aus eigenem Anbau. Die Bedienungen sind sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst höflich. Sprechen ausreichend englisch, wenn es nicht langt, wird anders kommuniziert. Gerne auch über Gestik :) Die Toilette ist behinderten gerecht und sehr modern. Die Sauberkeit ist auch bemerkenswert. Meine mitgäste zwingen mich die Köstlichkeit des Essens zu unterstreichen. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schön da der Platz am Brunnen ist. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Delicious regional food. Most of the ingredients are from our own cultivation. The waitresses are very courteous and extremely polite. If you speak enough English, if it is not enough, you communicate differently. Gladly also via gestures :) The toilet is handicapped accessible and very modern. The cleanliness is also remarkable. My fellow guests force me to underline the deliciousness of the food. The seating is also very nice because the space is by the fountain. All in all we would definitely come back.

A place to try absolutely, the very kind staff and excellent cuisine! The chicory and tiramisu made entirely by them are highly recommended.

Un caminetto del 1400 affascinantissimo! Antipasto con prodotti locali top! Puntarelle da sogno! Frittata ricotta e salvia buonissima! Pappardelle al ragu di cinghiale appetitose! Coniglio ripieno di broccoletti dell orto fantistico! E per finire una fantastica crema di castagne con meringa!!! Wow We had a group lunch at the Pacchiona on the occasion of a car rally of vintage cars and we had a great time! Gorgeous venue! A very fascinating fireplace from the 1400s! Appetizer with top local products! Puntarelle dream! Delicious ricotta and sage omelette! Appetizing pappardelle with wild boar ragu! Rabbit stuffed with broccoli from the fantastic garden! And finally a fantastic chestnut cream with meringue !!! Wow

La parte esterna si sviluppa su piazza Cavour davanti alla suggestiva Abbazia che domina la piazza. La parte interna è adatta ad un pranzo o ad una cena più invernale,dando l'idea di un posto raccolto e familiare. Il menù è il pezzo forte del locale, prevede un numero limitato di scelte ma di una qualità e un'esecuzione elevata. Abbiamo provato sia i piatti di carne che di pesce, entrambi le scelte sono state fantastiche,per non parlare dei dolci che sono realizzati interamente dallo chef. Servizio molto cordiale,conto adeguato. Restaurant located in the center of the village of Barbarano Romano. The external part develops on Piazza Cavour in front of the suggestive Abbey that dominates the square. The inside is suitable for a more winter lunch or dinner, giving the idea of a cozy and familiar place. The menu is the strong point of the restaurant, it provides a limited number of choices but of a high quality and execution. We tried both the meat and fish dishes, both choices were great, not to mention the desserts which are made entirely by the chef. Very friendly service, adequate bill.
