 Kind and nice. Supplied with different brands for both clothes and strollers. Inside there is a space where children can play. Nothing to say, you deserve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai i miei gemellini compiono 1 anno e per ogni esigenza mi sono rivolta a Ramona, anche solo per un consiglio non si è mai risparmiata e ha sempre trovato tempo per noi! So che qui andrò sempre sul sicuro per assortimento, competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità! Quello dei gemelli è un"mondo" a parte e non è facile trovare sempre l'articolo giusto ma qui non si sbaglia mai!

Now my twins are 1 year old and for every need I turned to Ramona, even just for advice she never spared herself and always found time for us! I know that here I will always be on the safe side for assortment, competence, kindness and availability! That of the twins is a "world" apart and it is not easy to always find the right article but here you are never wrong!

Sono piu di due settimane che cerco di comprare da questo negozio degli articoli contattandoli al telefono o su fb, non potendo passare di persona in negozio perché di un altra regione. Sono due settimane che aspetto un "preventivo" che mi sarebbe dovuto arrivare in serata, dopo che mi era stato detto che non avendo niente di quella misura era possibile scegliere da catalogo e farmelo arrivare. Richiamo ieri e mi dicono che mi avrebbero fatto sapere entro questa mattina se si potevano ordinare o meno e con quale tempistica, cosa datami per certa la prima volta che gli ho contattati. Ma ancora per una volta non ho sentito nessuno.
Serietà e affidabilità zero.
I give a star because I can't give less. I have been trying to buy items from this shop for more than two weeks by contacting them on the phone or on fb, not being able to go to the shop in person because of another region. I have been waiting for two weeks for a "quote" that should have arrived in the evening, after I was told that having nothing of that size, it was possible to choose from the catalog and send it to me. I call back yesterday and they tell me that they would let me know by this morning if they could be ordered or not and with what timing, what they gave me for sure the first time I contacted them. But once again I didn't hear from anyone.
Zero seriousness and reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato il primo lettino al mio bambino in questo negozio ( marca cuoricini, modello Giulia) hanno rispettato i tempi nonostante il brutto periodo di pandemia, qualità/prezzo ottimo, letto fantastico resistente, elegante non è stato difficile da montare e ho apprezzato molto come è stato confezionato con cura materasso compreso. Mio figlio lo adora dorme con serenità. Sono tornata in negozio per altri acquisti e ho sempre trovato tutto quello che cercavo, il personale sempre molto disponibile e attento. Consiglio a tutti. È sicuramente, a mio avviso, uno dei negozi migliori per bambini a Bologna.
I bought my baby's first cot in this shop (cuoricini brand, Giulia model) they respected the times despite the bad pandemic period, excellent quality / price, fantastic resistant bed, elegant it was not difficult to assemble and I really appreciated how was packaged with care including mattress. My son loves it sleeps peacefully. I went back to the shop for other purchases and I always found everything I was looking for, the staff always very helpful and attentive. I recommend to everyone. It is certainly, in my opinion, one of the best shops for children in Bologna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nido di Giò è un negozio accogliente, come Ramona, di una competenza e dolcezza immensa. Abbiamo fatto da loro la lista nascita, preso il trio di Nuna. Hanno marchi come Moulin Roty, Bamboo e Done By Deer. Insomma tutto incantenvole e con Ramona che da sempre risposte celeri e gentili è stavo meraviglioso fare la cameretta per il nostro bimbo.
Nido di Giò is a welcoming shop, like Ramona, of immense competence and sweetness. We made the birth list from them, got Nuna's trio. They have brands like Moulin Roty, Bamboo and Done By Deer. Non per il negozio, vasto , pulito e sempre molto ordinato.
Non per l'estrema professionalità trovata.
Bensì per la gentilezza ricevuta dalla titolare , quando avevamo bisogno di un piccolo aiuto e ce lo hanno dato immediatamente e quasi senza preavviso.
Che fa la differenza fra chi è bravo nel proprio lavoro e basta...e chi oltre a essere bravo è anche una persona sensibile e disponibile.
Negozio top, persone top , assistenza top.
