C'era fila, abbiamo atteso ed al nostro turno il titolare ci ha dedicato solo due minuti facendoci un preventivo sbrigativo, senza illustrarci i dettagli il tutto solo perché subito dopo di noi c'era qualcuno di sua conoscenza al quale poi ha dedicato molto tempo. Mi sono sentito veramente snobbato.
L'ho fatto subito notare alla sua dipendente, molto gentile, ma a cui mancano conoscenze e competenze (incapace di illustrare prezzi e pesi di alcuni passeggini). Consiglio al titolare di investire in formazione, oltre che in educazione.
Bad experience. My wife and I arrived at this shop guided by the great reviews. There was a queue, we waited and on our turn the owner spent only two minutes making us a quick quote, without explaining the details, all just because immediately after us there was someone he knew to whom he then dedicated a lot of time . I felt really snubbed.
I immediately pointed this out to his employee, very kind, but lacking knowledge and skills (unable to illustrate the prices and weights of some strollers). I advise the owner to invest in training, as well as in education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel negozio City Baby si trova una gamma di prezzi assolutamente equiparabile e anche più conveniente di quella delle grandi catene di negozi dello stesso settore.
La sostanziale differenza risiede nell'autentico rapporto che il signor Fabrizio (titolare del negozio) instaura con il cliente, il quale si sente veramente ascoltato e non lasciato a se stesso nella scelta di un prodotto di una certa importanza come il passeggino, ad esempio (cosa che, invece, accade molto frequentemente nelle famose catene di negozi).
Ad ogni cliente viene data piena disponibilità di tempo in risposta alle personali esigenze con l'aggiunta di spiegazioni estremamente dettagliate che fanno emergere l'elevato livello di competenza del signor Fabrizio e allo stesso tempo la suo grande passione per questo lavoro.

In the City Baby shop you will find an absolutely comparable and even cheaper price range than that of the large chain stores in the same sector.
The substantial difference lies in the authentic relationship that Mr. Fabrizio (owner of the shop) establishes with the customer, who feels truly listened to and not left to himself in choosing a product of a certain importance such as the stroller, for example ( which, however, happens very frequently in the famous chain stores).
Each customer is given full availability of time in response to personal needs with the addition of extremely detailed explanations that highlight the high level of competence of Mr. Fabrizio and at the same time his great passion for this job.

Si fa in quattro per accontentare il cliente anche fuori orario o addirittura a domicilio se necessario venendo incontro alle esigenze delle neomamme o donne in attesa con consulenze anche telefoniche. Sa consigliare al meglio negli acquisti ed è un professionista eccellente in quanto davvero preparato su ogni marca e tipologia di articolo x l’infanzia. Molto onesti trasparenti e cordiali in questo negozio possono procurarvi qualsiasi oggetto di qualunque marca uno necessiti in tempi brevi sapendo assistervi negli acquisti al massimo.
Mr. Fabrizio owner of the shop is one of the most friendly people available ever met and with an evident passion for his work. He goes out of his way to satisfy the customer even after hours or even at home if necessary, meeting the needs of new mothers or women waiting with advice also by telephone. He knows how to best advise in purchases and is an excellent professional as he is really prepared for every brand and type of item for children. Very honest transparent and cordial in this shop they can provide you with any object of any brand one needs in a short time knowing how to assist you in shopping to the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non amo fare recensioni; in questo caso faccio volentieri un'eccezione: bisogna dire che il Signor Fabrizio rappresenta un valore aggiunto, rispetto a qualsiasi altro negozio di articoli per bimbi a Bologna e dintorni, senza confronti. Oltre ai consigli e alla pazienza di illustrare e spiegare qualità e differenze di prezzi, la disponibilità dimostrata nell'aiuto ai montaggi di carrozzine, lettini e quant'altro è assolutamente impagabile. Consiglio a tutti di prendere se possibile un appuntamento, cosa per cui dimostra la massima disponibilità; e ricordo che il sabato pomeriggio è ovviamente un momento di grande affollamento. Per cui è normale che qualche cliente occasionale che ha visitato il negozio di sabato si sia sentito trascurato. Concludo dicendo che altri negozi a Bologna li ho visti e non ho trovato praticamente nessuna assistenza all'acquisto rispetto a un qualsiasi sito internet.
I personally don't like making reviews; in this case I gladly make an exception: it must be said that Mr. Fabrizio represents an added value, compared to any other children's shop in and around Bologna, without comparison. In addition to the advice and patience to illustrate and explain quality and price differences, the availability shown in helping with the assembly of prams, cots and anything else is absolutely priceless. I recommend everyone to make an appointment if possible, which shows the maximum availability; and I remember that Saturday afternoon is obviously a time of great crowding. So it is normal that some occasional customers who visited the shop on Saturday felt neglected. I conclude by saying that I have seen other shops in Bologna and I have found practically no purchase assistance compared to any website.

Definitely the best industry shop in the region. We even came from Modena, wanting to avoid shops like prenatal etc .. We totally relied on Fabrizio and we were thrilled.
