M	Maria Puddu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANNO I FURBI !!!!!!!!! Questa settimana hanno detto che è stato hackerato il sistema(quale hacker ha voglia di entrare nel sito di un negozio per bambini??? A che scopo???? Bah……) e che quindi non potevo utilizzare la mia gift card ma avrei potuto pagare tranquillamente in contanti. Poi mi hanno detto che telefonicamente mi avrebbero fatto sapere quando avrei potuto utilizzare la gift card. Dopo qualche giorno mi chiamano dicendo che l’avrei potuta utilizzare dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10 alle 17. Mi reco in negozio il martedì verso le 11 e trovano un’altra scusa per non farmela usare. A quel punto dico che con 2 gemelli lasciati a casa con la nonna era impossibile per me fare per l’ennesima volta avanti e indietro e che avevo urgentemente bisogno di pannollini. La commessa a quel punto mi fa utilizzare la gift MA non mi mette nessun “bollino pannollini” sul tesserino e mi mette nella busta un pacco di pannollini in meno (PENSAVA FOSSI SCEMA.) Io le faccio notare tutto ed esco dal negozio ancora una volta con la sensazione di essere stata presa in giro. THEY ARE GOING OUT !!!!!!!!! This week they said that the system has been hacked (which hacker wants to enter a children's store site ??? For what purpose ???? Bah ......) and therefore I could not use my gift card but I would have I could easily pay in cash. Then they told me that they would let me know by phone when I could use the gift card. After a few days they call me saying that I could use it from Monday to Friday from 10 to 17. I go to the store on Tuesday around 11 and they find another excuse not to let me use it. At that point I say that with 2 twins left at home with their grandmother it was impossible for me to go back and forth for the umpteenth time and that I urgently needed diapers. At that point, the saleswoman makes me use the gift BUT she doesn't put any "diapers stamp" on the card and puts one less pack of diapers in the envelope (THINK IT WAS SCEMA.) I point out everything to her and leave the shop once again feeling like I've been made fun of.

Una volta constatato che le due clienti davanti a me dovevano praticamente fare la stessa trafila burocratica che una persona affronta davanti ad un notaio per acquistare una proprietà ho gentilmente chiesto se potevo passare, al che mi è stato chiesto davanti a tutti se fossi in dolce attesa... E no, non sono in dolce attesa (anzi potrei anche essere sterile per quel che ne so) ma questo non mi rende una cliente meno meritevole di attenzioni. 20 minutes to pay for a toy. p	p m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con piacere vorrei scrivere una recensione più che positiva riguardo la disponibilità che ho riscontrato in questo negozio e soprattutto nei confronti della sig.ra Lara che ci ha seguiti con premura e pazienza dandoci diversi consigli utili sull’acquisto di carrozzine culle e tutto ciò che riguarda gli acquisti prima della nascita di un figlio. Poi con una giacca per il nostro bimbo: la zip si è incastrata, l’abbiamo riportata e hanno aggiustato la zip, ma anziché ridarci il prodotto aggiustato ci hanno dato una giacca nuova dì zecca. Gentilissimi e molto molto disponibili! We had two very positive experiences: the first for the stroller, purchased online on the Chicco website, broke and they replaced it without problems in the store. Then with a jacket for our baby: the zip got stuck, we brought it back and they fixed the zip, but instead of giving us the fixed product they gave us a brand new jacket. Very kind and very very helpful!

Personale gentilissimo e pronto a consigliarti e oltretutto umani. Ho chiamato per delle cose che avevo visto in saldo sul sito web ed essendo rimasto un solo pezzo in negozio non ci hanno pensato due volte a mettermelo da parte nell’attesa che io arrivassi a ritirarlo. Il negozio ,inoltre, è molto fornito. Super consigliato! Lately I have been frequenting the shop often and I must say that reading the reviews relating to the shop assistants I was a little discouraged for any purchases and advice and instead I changed my mind! Staff very kind and ready to advise you and above all human. I called about some things I had seen on sale on the website and since there was only one piece left in the store, they didn't think twice about putting it aside while waiting for me to collect it. The shop is also very well stocked. Super recommended!

Nel farci i pacchi regalo e stata veloce e soprattutto gentilissima. Forse non ho trovato la commessa delle altre recensioni più che negative. We went in to give some gifts to the children, the young saleswoman immediately made herself available and showed us a lot of stuff, we bought some beautiful and inexpensive clothing. She was quick and above all very kind in making us the gift packages. Perhaps I have not found the saleswoman of the other reviews more than negative.
