È un B&B come altri che non hanno reception fissa, ma si chiama e i propriertari vengono a fare il check in (come in altre strutture di questo tipo), è un appartamento in un palazzo a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, ristrutturato. Una piccola cucina comune alle 3 camere, arredamento delizioso, in tutto l'appartamento si sente un gradevole profumo di pulito. La colazione è una classica colazione da B&B con merendine, fette biscottate, nutella, marmellata, burro, caffè in cialde in camera ed è presente un piccolo frigo. il the, dolce, latte e cereali sono in cucina a disposizione. La camera che avevamo noi era arredata molto bene, ristrutturata, pulita e ha una bella vasca idromassaggio, con la luce, la radio, e con la smart tv. Siamo stati molto bene, anche perchè le camere sono ben insonorizzate. Secondo me, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ricordiamoci che è un B&B non un albergo. Certo, se ci fosse qualche cornetto non confezionato e un dolce fresco sarebbe proprio perfetto. Torneremo se possibile. GRAZIE We spent one night in the hotel. It's a B & B as others which have no fixed reception, but you call and the propriertari are to check in (as in other facilities of this type), is an apartment in a building, a 5-minute walk from the sea, renovated. A small communal kitchen with 3 bedrooms, lovely decor in the apartment you feel a pleasant smell of clean. Breakfast is a classic breakfast at B & B with snacks, biscuits, nutella, jam, butter, coffee pods in the room and there is a small fridge. tea, cake, milk and cereals are available in the kitchen. The room that we had was decorated beautifully, renovated, clean and has a nice hot tub with light, radio, and the smart TV. We were very good, especially because the rooms are well soundproofed. In my opinion, excellent quality / price ratio. Let us remember that it is a B & B not a hotel. Of course, if there was not some packaged croissant and a fresh sweet it would be just perfect. We will return if possible. THANK YOU

Voto buono, molto vicina alla stazione di Stella polare, colazione sul comodino, tutto a norma di legge riguardo il COVID 19. Ambiente molto romantico (proprio il tema descritto è scelto.) Peccato per la mancanza di insegna, si potrebbe benissimo sorpassare la struttura senza rendersene conto. Macchina del caffè con fuori uscita di acqua, senza istruzioni, nulla. Letto mal posizionato, senza poggiatesta, con il termosifone dietro la testa e poi lo spazio tra il materasso e muro, facilitando la caduta del cuscino. LA PECCA PIÙ IMPORTANTE, è la delusione della vasca idro massaggio, con la poca presenza di movimento e soprattutto di MASSAGGIO. Poche bolle, di cui un bocchettone quasi del tutto non funzionante. Avendo prenotato per la vasca sono rimasto deluso, 90€ la stanza non li vale. We stayed at this property a few days ago, to surprise my girlfriend. Good rating, very close to the North Star station, breakfast on the bedside table, all in accordance with the law regarding COVID 19. Very romantic setting (just the theme described is chosen.) Too bad for the lack of sign, you could very well overtake the structure without realizing it. Coffee machine with water outlet, no instructions, nothing. Poorly positioned bed, without headrest, with the radiator behind the head and then the space between the mattress and the wall, facilitating the fall of the pillow. THE MOST IMPORTANT SIN is the disappointment of the hydro massage tub, with the little presence of movement and above all of MASSAGE. Few bubbles, one of which is almost completely non-functional. Having booked for the tub I was disappointed, 90 € the room is not worth it.

Very nice and well looked after bed and breakfast. Dear Mrs. Jessica who waited for us until late in the evening for check-in, recommended!

Personale molto gentile la consiglio vivamente a tutti!!!! The structure is new, clean, welcoming and seems to be in a hut out of this world .... Warm and relaxing atmosphere to spend unique moments. Very kind staff I highly recommend it to everyone !!!!

Gli host molto disponibili, soprattutto quando c'è stato un problema che alla fine non era, si sono smossi in fretta per poterlo risolvere, incredibile! Gentilissimi e super disponibili, con la cura per la pulizia sia nella camera che nella sala comune. The structure is really welcoming and new. The very helpful hosts, especially when there was a problem that in the end wasn't, they moved quickly to be able to solve it, unbelievable! Very kind and super helpful, with care for cleaning both in the room and in the common room.

Mi viene proposta una camera con balconcino.. peccato che la vista sia su una specie di cortile condominiale e altre palazzine. La "colazione favolosa" consiste in merendine confezionate lasciate direttamente in camera, peraltro di bassissima qualità. A causa degli schiamazzi notturni della camera affianco (musica, risa, voce alta) non riesco a chiudere occhio tutta (e dico TUTTA) la notte. Poco prima di mezzanotte provo a chiamare telefonicamente un referente ma non mi risponde nessuno. Sollecito le signorine ad un minimo di rispetto (visto che sono stata lasciata in balia di me stessa da chi di dovere) e per poco non mi aggrediscono.. il livello della clientela quindi perfettamente in linea con livello di tutto il resto, assistenza compresa. Stamattina prestissimo scappo letteralmente da questa struttura da incubo, contatto il riferimento che non cerca minimamente di rimediare all'accaduto denotando scarsissima cultura dell'accoglienza e la superficialità totale nel rapportarsi a una cliente oggettivamente insoddisfatta. Le 90 e rotti euro peggio spese della mia vita, l'esperienza di alloggio in assoluto piuù negativa mai fatta. SCONSIGLIATISSIMA. The structure (a b & b that costs as much as a 3-4 star hotel!) Is in a rather degraded area. I am offered a room with a balcony .. pity that the view is on a kind of condominium courtyard and other buildings. The "fabulous breakfast" consists of packaged snacks left directly in the room, however of very low quality. Due to the nocturnal noises of the next room (music, laughter, loud voice) I can't sleep all (and I mean ALL) the night. Shortly before midnight I try to call a contact person by phone but no one answers me. I urge the ladies to a minimum of respect (since I was left at the mercy of myself by those in charge) and they almost attack me .. the level of customers therefore perfectly in line with the level of everything else, including assistance. Very early this morning I literally escape from this nightmare structure, I contact the reference who does not try to remedy the incident in the least, denoting very little culture of hospitality and total superficiality in dealing with an objectively dissatisfied customer. The 90-odd euro worst expense of my life, the most negative accommodation experience ever. NOT RECOMMENDED.
V	Vesna Rajkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice accomodation on the sea coast (3min. from beach),everything brand new and perfectly clean,fantastic impression from first to last.We stayed in red room (stanza rosa) with big terasse (sea view). Metro station (Stela pollare) is 2 min. walk where you can catch Roma Lido train and be in Rome in 40min.(every 15min).Jessica is very nice person ( helped us to print boarding passes) It is not true that building is old ,on the contrary,well maintanied,secure ,nice entrance. You can by warm and tasty various food just behind the right corner in the litle italian food shop restoran,price is exelent! Perfect stay ! Thanks Jessica!
