S	Stefania Vannucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francesco Nicoletti e' stato l'agente immobiliare che ci ha fatto ricredere positivamente sul giudizio, negativo, che molti hanno sulle agenzie immobiliari ...Ci ha regalato un sogno...ovvero la casa che cercavamo...per il prezzo ha mediato con garbo con il proprietario fino ad arrivare ad un accordo che rendesse soddisfatti tutti e due, ci ha assistito in ogni particolare consigliandoci anche fiscalmente ed e' stato sempre disponibile ...anche fuori orario di lavoro...per farci "rivedere" la casa ogni volta che noi ne avessimo voglia o necessita'. Ci ha fornito il contatto nel loro notaio di fiducia che ci ha fornito un preventivo onesto e conveniente..in piu' ci ha dato l'idea di quale spesa avremmo sostenuto facendo una ristrutturazione, facendoci incontrare una ditta qualificata che ci ha inviato un preventivo ben dettagliato. Cosa dire? solo grazie Francesco Nicoletti was the real estate agent who made us think positively about the negative judgment that many have on real estate agencies ... He gave us a dream ... or the house we were looking for ... for the price he mediated gracefully with the owner until reaching an agreement that made both of them satisfied, he assisted us in every detail, also advising us fiscally and was always available ... even outside working hours ... to make us "revise" the home whenever we feel like it or need it. He provided us with the contact in their trusted notary who provided us with an honest and convenient quote..in more he gave us the idea of what expense we would have incurred by doing a restructuring, making us meet a qualified company that sent us a quote well detailed.
