★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza cominciata più di 5 anni fa, dove sono stato seguito per una consulenza per un acquisto di un immobile su Roma, ricevendo un servizio legato inizialmente alla valutazione della zona, dell’immobile e della copertura finanziaria. Dopo aver trovato l’immobile adatto alle mie esigenze ho ricevuto assistenza per la formulazione della proposta di acquisto e per la valutazione minuziosa della documentazione fornita dalla parte venditrice fino alla stipula del rogito dal notaio.
Cinque anni dopo mi sono di nuovo rivolto all’agenzia, stavolta per vendere l’immobile di Roma e acquistarne un altro su Milano. Dopo una attenta valutazione del valore, l’immobile in vendita é stato posizionato nella giusta fascia di prezzo ed é stato venduto in meno di due settimane praticamente a prezzo pieno. Tra l’altro, vivendo già fuori Roma, ho stipulato l’atto di vendita a distanza tramite una procura notarile inviata da un notaio di Milano al rogitante, senza nemmeno dover tornare a Roma per gli adempimenti burocratici.
A questo punto ho di nuovo chiesto assistenza per valutazione e assistenza per riacquistare il nuovo immobile su Milano, il servizio di consulenza é stato svolto a distanza in maniera professionale e pertinente. Con il ricavato dell’immobile di Roma ho riacquistato su Milano in meno di tre mesi.

Frase idiomatica, ma palesemente insufficiente per questa famiglia, che negli anni ha saputo creare un mini-impero nell'ambiente della compravendita immobiliare, con Luciano ed Anna come fondatori, Graziella ed infine Carla, degni del loro cognome. Cordialità, gentilezza, simpatia e soprattutto PROFESSIONALITA'. E come non citare la "mitica" Alessandra, primo contatto verbale dell'agenzia ed agente di prim'ordine. E non solo, essendo figlio unico ho trovato in Luciano il fratello maggiore pronto a consigliarti ed aiutarti. Ed infine per non essere ripetitivo: COLANTONI, una FAMIGLIA una garanzia.
COLANTONI, a surname is a guarantee.
