k	ketty price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo contattato l'agenzia per un preventivo su un viaggio organizzato. sulla carta è andato tutto bene confermato, pagato ecc... è durante la vacanza che ci siamo trovati malissimo. le prenotazioni non risultavano pagate, gli hotel sporchi e lontani km dai centri principali uno dei quali era localizzato in un quartiere a dir poco malfamato; la beffa è stata che in un hotel non avevano ricevuto il pagamento per la nostra camera, la signorina mi fa vedere il conto io le faccio vedere il voucher e alla fine??? se prenotavo l'hotel direttamente risparmiavo quasi 30%. di certo non hanno tariffe così convenzionate come pubblicizzano. we contacted the agency for a quote on an organized trip. on paper everything went well confirmed, paid etc ... it was during the holiday that we found ourselves very bad. the reservations were not paid, the hotels dirty and far away from the main centers, one of which was located in a neighborhood to say the least infamous; the mockery was that in a hotel they had not received payment for our room, the young lady shows me the bill I show her the voucher and in the end ??? if I booked the hotel directly I saved almost 30%. they certainly don't have rates as conventioned as they advertise.

Ho altresi notato che maniglie e sedili vengono igienizzati ad ogni cliente che entra. So far I have gone here to buy train tickets. The staff is very nice. I have also noticed that the handles and seats are sanitized for every customer who enters.

Serata del capodanno indimenticabile in una sala strapiena e servizio lentissimo. Pensavamo di aver inoltre acquistato un pacchetto per coppia che si è rivelato un viaggio di gruppo con estranei mai desiderato. Inviata mail all’agenzia di reclamo senza poi riscontro. MAI PIÙ Purchased with this agency a package for the New Year's Eve in Valposchiavo with the Bernina red train, payment made well in advance and then modification of the program with a misleading information email shortly before departure and without a reduction of the total amount. Unforgettable New Year's Eve in a packed room and very slow service. We also thought we bought a couple package which turned out to be a group trip with strangers never wanted. Email sent to the complaint agency without a reply. NEVER AGAIN
