Regarding my last trip in May in Bayaibe Dominican Republic, Viva Dominicus village, I confirm that I found a
lack of professionalism, so much indifference, disappointment for the considerable uneasiness created, both by the travel agency Frigerio of Milan and by the Personnel Eden Viaggi del Villaggio cited above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Milan Open Tour (hop on/hop off bus tour) ist NICHT zu empfehlen. Die deutsche Stimme leiert den Text mit falscher Betonung und einigen Fehlern herunter (ital und engl Version etwas besser), die Busse fahren verspätet ab (einer kam mit 30 min Verspätung), die Mitarbeiter sind schlecht informiert und wenig hilfreich. Einziges Highlight war ein netter Busfahrer der mir kurz sein Ladekabel fürs Handy geliehen hat...
The Milan Open Tour (hop on / hop off bus tour) is NOT recommended. The German voice reads the text down with incorrect emphasis and some errors (Italian and English version a little better), the buses leave late (one came 30 minutes late), the staff are poorly informed and unhelpful. The only highlight was a nice bus driver who briefly loaned me his charging cable for my cell phone ...
