C	Cato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good. But the back terrace isn't that cosey. It's next to one of the most busiest road in San Gimignano. So many cars and motorcycles pass by. But it looked like the terrace in front of the restaurant was really cosy and nice.
J	Jill Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go unless you have lots of time to kill in an incredibly bland, noisy environment. This place has about a much elegance as a Waffle House (Americans know). The food is average. The service is the kicker. We were served by no less than 3 different people one of whom was also the hostess and cashier. It was impossible to know who to ask when our main course didn't show for 30 minutes or more. Nothing can make a dinner more irritable than being treated as an afterthought. Just stay away.
d	delphinegorle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gluten free pizza out of the refrigerator and not good! From the reviews, we expected a nice restaurant with good service and gluten free options. There was indeed several gluten free options, including pizza. I took the 4 formaggi, like my boyfriend, one gluten free and one normal. When the pizzas arrived, the difference was clear! Mine was directly out of the freezer, without a little bit of added cheese and the taste was not great. My boyfriend’s pizza looked better but wasn’t great in taste as well. The service is not nice or welcoming, and feels rushed. The chef does not even talk to you when you pay the bill. Clearly disappointing!

Only issue was the very unwelcoming check-in, where we had to wait more than 30 min and ended up arguing with them just to get our room, as apparently everyone was too busy to give us the directions (a 30 sec explanation) to reach the room.

(Pic: mixed grilled meat) - for sure misunderstanding on my part, but 'first course' (pic: pasta with mushrooms) doesn't mean 'small portion before the main course', it just means 'dish with pasta'. I ordered a whole main course after the first course plus side dish and that was a lot a lot of food for one person. Maybe check with the guests about the number of dishes they order :) All in all: great place!

Food ? was really delicious ? tasty ? and fresh! About staff i would say; they was all nice ? very polite, very helpful, very friendly and high education. Service was perfect ? i have nothing to say bad things about that restaurant, but i would recommend this place to everyone who will visit San Gimignano 100% Il Feudo is official one ☝️ of the best restaurant in town.
