★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON CONSIGLIATO! A parte la natura meravigliosa che circonda la struttura, tutto il resto è da migliorare. Per il pranzo di Pasquetta non sono state rispettate le norme anticovid (sala piena e porte chiuse dal personale stesso). Il servizio è stato lento e quasi inesistente. La cucina andrebbe anch'essa migliorata, soprattutto la cottura del cibo. Gran peccato, ma posto assolutamente sconsigliato.
 NOT RECOMMENDED! Apart from the wonderful nature that surrounds the structure, everything else needs to be improved. For the Easter Monday lunch the anticovid rules were not respected (full room and doors closed by the staff themselves). The service was slow and almost non existent. The kitchen should also be improved, especially the cooking of the food. Great pity, but absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to stay but OMG..the food is awful!!! Do NOT eat there! They didn’t even have coffee in the morning and gave us pesto from a jar at dinner time. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever encountered in Italy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel failed to honor my properly booked and confirmed reservation for August 31, 2018 to September 2, 2018. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at about 4:30 pm local time and, after some searching, found the owner/manager's wife. She said she had no room for us and decided to call her husband after I showed her the confirmation of the reservation. Her husband arrived several minutes later. He did not contest the validity of the reservation when I showed him an English language copy and seemed to have no difficulty communicating in English. He said he "made a mistake". When I called the on-line travel agent (one of the most well known on-line travel agents) the representative asked to speak to the owner/manager. I note the on-line travel agency representative reviewed all pertinent details about my reservation with me and found no discrepancies. The owner/manager told the representative he had to decline to speak to the him because he did not speak English well enough. Personally I thought he spoke English well enough to admit to the travel agency's representative that he could not honor my reservation. I note I made the reservation on March 7, 2018 and promptly received confirmation. I'm forced to give one star here because that is the only way to proceed with the posting of this review. The owner/manager eventually found a perfectly satisfactory bed and breakfast for us in the nearby village of Chiusa di Sclafani but by the time that was done it was well past 6:00 pm local time. If you are at all familiar with the remoteness of this location you will agree that for two people with only a rudimentary knowledge of Italian to be stuck in early evening with no place to sleep can be a unsettling proposition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful quiet place with secluded area with hammocks by the river in the shadow of trees. The eco bungalows are great, clean, new and can fit the whole family. Car parking in front of your place. There's no TV which might come as a surprise so tune yourselves to the 'one with the nature' mood. The food they make here is amazing, although they give you so much of it for dinner you might suspect they're trying to kill you. The bungalows are distanced from each other so you have plenty of privacy. I fell asleep on the back porch overlooking the woods and it was amazing just like my whole stay here. Only the main building can be a little off-putting from the entry angle but don't let that discourage you. From the guests' angle, there's not much to complain about.
