★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati portati in questa osteria da amici del luogo che ben la conoscevano. Abbiamo gustato diversi antipasti tra cui un ottimo capocollo, formaggi e una ricotta eccezionale ed altro tutto veramente buono. Soddisfatti anche per i primi piatti . Cortese è disponibile il personale . Non so dare giudizio sul prezzo in quanto pranzo offerto ma sicuramente confermo la qualità di una buona cucina.
 We were brought to this tavern by local friends who knew it well. We enjoyed several appetizers including an excellent capocollo, cheeses and an exceptional ricotta and more all really good. Satisfied also for the first courses. The staff is courteous. I don't know how to judge the price because of the lunch offered but I certainly confirm the quality of a good cuisine.

Carrellata di antipasti (dalla parmigiana di zucchine alle uova fritte con lo scorzone - tartufo murgiano), che non lasciano molto altro spazio, se non agli "sporcamuss". Vino rosso freddo molto gradevole.
Murgian cuisine characterized by typical local delicacies (pepper jam above all). Roundup of appetizers (from zucchini parmigiana to fried eggs with scorzone - Murgian truffle), which do not leave much room, if not for the "sporcamuss". Very pleasant cold red wine.

Il cameriere, molto gentile, ci ha consigliato la loro vasta gamma di antipasti tipici di gravina (foto). Tutto eccellente! Rapporto qualità e prezzo ottimo! Sopratutto per la portata dei piatti! Non i tipici piatti grandi e poco cibo. Lo consiglio davvero per i turisti o per chi è solo di passaggio.
We booked a dinner at this tavern on the fork, and I have to say I found it really great. The waiter, very kind, recommended their wide range of typical gravina appetizers (photo). All excellent! Excellent quality and price ratio! Especially for the range of dishes! Not the typical big dishes and little food. I really recommend it for tourists or for those just passing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Italy for two weeks and this place was both our absolute favorite restaurant we ate at! The food, the staff, everything about it was awesome. I would give them my highest recommendation and will go there again and look forward to it. We don't eat a lot so a five course meal was not going to happen, they made it special for us and I can still taste it, this place is the raffle deal.
