★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo dove ci si ritrovava ad ora di pranzo con i colleghi, spesso per fare il punto sul lavoro e sopratutto per ricaricarci con un ottimo pasto... Gestione famigliare, qualità ad un prezzo contenuto, a distanza di anni, a volte faccio kilometri per rivedere i luoghi e soddisfare il palato con cibi genuini.

Ottimo luogo per motociclisti diretti a Sciacca e oltre ( esempio Caltabellotta; (Ribera & San Carlo, per le buonissime arance); Burgio per le buonissime pizze artigianali a "METRO" fatte con farine, olio, ed ingredienti del luogo. Inoltre passando dentro Chuusa Sclafani c'è la gastonomia; ( tradotto: chi vuol tutto cotto oppure tutto crudo ) gestito dallo chef: Gaetano Caglianello e famiglia. Si specifica inoltre che in tutti i luoghi mensionati si spende il giusto si mangia bene, rispetto ad altri luoghi. Dove nella nostra dialettica si dice, "Mi hanno fatto barba capelli e shampo" a buon intenditor poche parole. Vi scrivo da motociclista da automobilista e da padre di famiglia. Aggiungo un'lultima indicazione: affrontando una gita di questo tipo andate piano, per godere di tutti i segreti di questi luoghi siciliani, chiedete alla gente del luogo dove poter godere delle pregiate specialità e produzioni delle ricche terre che attraverserete. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cucina, vado da almeno 30 anni con i miei amici per mangiare le quaglie, ma è tutto buono, dalla pizza che fa Nicola al parfait di mandorle fatto da sua moglie, molto bella la locatio da poco rinnovata, ottima per passare una serata di spensieratezza e in allegria con gli Amici.
Excellent cuisine, I have been going for at least 30 years with my friends to eat quail, but everything is good, from the pizza that Nicola makes to the almond parfait made by his wife, the recently renovated location is very nice, excellent for spending an evening of carefree and happy with friends.

not the maximum quality but if you are on the way and you're hungry, why not....and so we did stop. Not really the Best kitchen but a good place to stop for chill out an hour. could and should be better as x food made in Sicily. I guess the chef is not really in title to master the Sicilian food. would I go back? maybe...if I pass by I would try their Pizza!
