★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have worst delivery service, until now the item i buy from them to deliver in my home doesnt arrive, it should be jan. 6 the first schedule of delivery, doesnt arrive then i went to service center they told me to wait for confirmation if no confirmation recieved call the hotline, i xall the hotline and she say the item will be deliver jan15 afternoon, i wait allday and none has arrive even message or notification

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better Ikea than the one in Agnanina!! Here I didn't get "not in stock" answer every time I ask for something. Convenient "Ikea app" only cashier check out to avoid the line to pay for your purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal Ikea but with an Italian twist. We rented a car to return some heavy purchases. Turns out the "returns" area was closed today...a normal Thursday in January. So yeah, you can get the same ikea stuff but with the inefficiency of Italy.
Edit: it's a bank holiday so that means returns is closed. Makes complete sense... If you're open, you're open. Who would go online to see if a specific department is open? I guess next time I plan to visit I'll check online to see if I'm able to purchase garden items.

The ideas were awesome and neatly exposed and the navigation easy thanks to the signs. over all still a bit all over the place, but really nice, I'll come back to see some inspiration for the decor.

The best thing is they have a kids area, so you can shopping right away without your kids for at least 1 hour ?

More available...well also here not all was available but then, we asked the staff to help and order it for us, like the other stores good quality, helpful staff and excellent food. Parking is underneath the store and very well organized. We love it! ...
Update .. again a truckload to be expected soon...
Our favorite?
The Kallax, because the many ways you can use it. Pro tip? The thrones (2boxes for shoes) is very handy to collect empty bottles :))))
Extra like: you can take your dog with you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IKEA in Italy! Who knew? Found by accident, but had to check it out. Yep it's IKEA. Not much different from the stateside IKEAs that I frequent at home. The staff knew English very well and I got directions easily. The food court was checking COVID vaccinated status for entry and that was going smoothly. Restroom was clean and well maintained. I found a Gelato machine! Neat! Never seen one in the stateside IKEAS. Found myself some bags to use at the grocery stores and was a happy camper.
