★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho conosciuti quando ormai era troppo tardi dopo la cattiva esperienza di Porte di Roma i quali non mi hanno risolto un problema casuale sul mio iPad Retina e che dopo due appuntamenti in Genius Bar ancora presentava lo stesso difetto. Poi quando avevo perso le speranze consulto la lista dei centro autorizzati vicino casa e scopro che c'erano loro a via Scandriglia ad un passo dalla metro B. Dopo qualche minuto di diagnosi mi avvisano che il problema era un difetto di scheda logica e che mi avrebbero cambiato in garanzia il dispositivo senza sostenere alcun costo. Beh che dire la scarsa competenza degli Apple Store dovuta a ragazzini con qualche corso alle spalle non è paragonabile alla decennale esperienza dei tecnici iHome. Lo consiglio anche per la loro elasticità che li differenzia dagli store nei centri commerciali.
I met them when it was too late after the bad experience of Porte di Roma that they didn't solve a random problem on my iPad Retina and that after two appointments in Genius Bar it still had the same defect. Then when I had lost hope, I consulted the list of authorized centers near my home and discovered that they were in Via Scandriglia a step away from Metro B. After a few minutes of diagnosis they warned me that the problem was a flaw in the logic board and that I they would have changed the device to warranty without incurring any costs. Well what about the lack of competence of Apple Stores due to kids with some course behind them is not comparable to the decades of experience of iHome technicians. I also recommend it for their flexibility which differentiates them from stores in shopping centers.
