★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché meno non si può!! Ho chiamato ieri pomeriggio per chiedere se facessero un determinato esame con esenzione ticket specificandone il nome, mi è stato detto di si... Questa mattina ho preso un permesso a lavoro e sono andata! L'esame sarebbe stato solo a pagamento ed hanno negato la mia telefonata(poi gliel ho mostrata) ed allora hanno detto che non avevo specificato bene l'esame fare?(si certo!!) ... Quindi darmi della bugiarda!!!!!!!!! Ed ho perso una mattinata!!!
I give a star because you can't do it any less !! I called yesterday afternoon to ask if they had a certain exam with ticket exemption specifying the name, I was told yes ... This morning I took a work permit and I went! The exam would have been only for a fee and they denied my phone call (then I showed it to them) and then they said I hadn't specified the do? exam (yes of course !!) ... So give me a liar !!! !!!!!! And I missed a morning !!!
