★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dott Serafini è un negazionista. Al mio primo appuntamento compare con la mascherina sotto il mento mentre parla animatamente ridendo a circa mezzo metro dal volto di un signore. Mi vede e io gli domandò di alzare la mascherina al che lui replica dicendo che la gente come me è terrorizzata da qualcosa che nemmeno esiste. Mi invita comunque ad accomodarmi ma io esco dell'istituto.
Dr. Serafini is a denier. On my first date he appears with the mask under his chin while talking animatedly laughing about half a meter from the face of a gentleman. He sees me and I asked him to lift his mask to which he replies saying that people like me are terrified of something that doesn't even exist. He still invites me to sit down but I leave the institute.

Questa sera avevo un appuntamento per la visita sportiva di mia figlia alle ore 19 .
A causa del traffico venendo da San Vincenzo sono arrivato qualche minuto in ritardo ,
Entrato nella saletta di aspetto del medico sportivo , non avendo notato il cartellino sulla porta dell‘ambulatorio che indicava di andare alla reception che si trova nell‘ala vicina del fabbricato , ho atteso che il medico finisse la visita che stava facendo perdendo altri istanti preziosi .
Appena è uscito dallo studio l’assistente del medico , questo mi ha informato di andare alla reception per vedere se ci fosse ancora la signora dell‘accettazione .
Dunque la signora dell’accettazione c‘era ancora ma sosteneva che il medico non avrebbe fatto altre visite . Tornato dal medico quest‘ultimo mi ha riferito che la signora dell‘accettazione gli aveva detto che poteva andare via perché non c‘erano altre visite .
Protestando ancora con l’accettazione visto che venivo da fuori , la signora mi informava che aveva provato a chiamarmi senza successo al numero che avevo lasciato .
Infatti in ultima istanza mi è arrivato il messaggio della chiamata persa fatta alle 18,56 momento in cui lo studio Serafini decretava in anticipo sull‘orario della visita che non c’eravamo .
A voi le conclusioni .
Forse in questo caso potrei dire peggio il servizio privato di quello pubblico .
Definitely bad service.
This evening I had an appointment for my daughter's sports visit at 7 pm.

Having entered the sports doctor's appearance room, not having noticed the sign on the door of the clinic indicating to go to the reception which is located in the neighboring wing of the building, I waited for the doctor to finish the visit he was doing, losing other precious moments .
As soon as the doctor's assistant left the office, he informed me to go to the reception to see if the reception lady was still there.
So the admission lady was still there but claimed that the doctor would not make other visits. When he returned to the doctor, the latter told me that the admission lady had told him that he could leave because there were no other visits.
Protesting again with the acceptance since I came from outside, the lady informed me that she had tried unsuccessfully to call me on the number I had left.
In fact, in the last resort I received the message of the missed call made at 6:56 pm, the moment in which the Serafini office decreed in advance that we were not there.
The conclusions are up to you.
Perhaps in this case I could say the private service is worse than the public one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un centro dalle qualità impeccabili. Passione per il proprio lavoro e amore insito nell'aiuto che danno a chi si mette nelle loro mani. Ho conosciuto il centro a ottobre 2020 e ormai seguono a 360 gradi il mio stato di salute. Sono un'atleta paralimpica e grazie a Simone che si è preso cura della mia gamba, al papà Gianfranco che cura costantemente tutti i dettagli del mio piedino, ai ragazzi della fisioterapia, sono tornata a vivere serenamente ogni mio giorno, a lavorare senza problemi e fare sport come piace a me. Se ho vinto i campionati italiani di paraciclismo 2021, dopo 3 anni lontana dalle corse, devo dir loro infinitamente grazie per avermi messo nelle condizioni di partecipare e ambire.
L'empatia con le persone che si prendono cura di noi fa la differenza... e con loro basta guardarsi negli occhi.
A center with impeccable qualities. Passion for their work and love inherent in the help they give to those who put themselves in their hands. I met the center in October 2020 and now they follow my state of health at 360 degrees. I am a Paralympic athlete and thanks to Simone who took care of my leg, to my father Gianfranco who constantly takes care of all the details of my little foot, to the physiotherapy boys, I returned to live peacefully every day, to work without problems and play sports the way I like it. If I won the 2021 Italian para-cycling championships, after 3 years away from racing, I have to thank them infinitely for having enabled me to participate and aspire.
Empathy with the people who take care of us makes the difference ... and with them just look into each other's eyes.
