Ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per un risultato che probabilmente era pronto dopo 10 minuti perché in reception dovevano stare a chiacchiera, scordandosi completamente di me. Un vero dispiacere vedere mancanza di serietà e disciplina nel settore chimico e microbiologico, soprattutto in questo periodo dove l'attenzione e la prontezza non devono mai mancare. Spero tanto che in un prossimo futuro migliorino.
I point out the negative experience at the Bioconsult medical analysis center on the coast, where unfortunately professionalism is not at home. I had to wait 20 minutes for a result that was probably ready after 10 minutes because they had to chat at reception, completely forgetting about me. A real regret to see lack of seriousness and discipline in the chemical and microbiological sector, especially in this period where attention and promptness must never be missing. I really hope that in the near future they will improve.
