★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 40 minuti che aspetto di fare un’analisi costosissima, veramente un mezzo stipendio, per la quale avevo appuntamento 40 minuti fa. Con la medicina pubblica gratuita non mi è ancora successa una cosa del genere.
Questo comunque non riguarda il personale medico che è perfettamente comprensivo e professionale.
Però le persone alla reception mi hanno tranquillamente ignorato per tutto quel tempo mentre in realtà con un po’ più di voglia potevano risolvere il disguido prima che io mi fosse lamentata. Così la esperienza è stata più negativo che positivo anche se la parte “importante” e stata gestita bene.
I am waiting for 40 minutes to do a very expensive analysis, really a half salary, for which I had an appointment 40 minutes ago. No such thing has happened to me with free public medicine.
This however does not concern medical personnel who are perfectly understanding and professional.
But the people at the reception quietly ignored me for all that time while in reality with a little more desire they could solve the problem before I complained. Thus the experience was more negative than positive even though the "important" part was well managed.
